Came to visit my sweet friend who just moved in here. The grounds are nice . There is library and also a coffee shop (help yourself to beverages) games are being played in common areas and also a nice sitting area to visit in the front. Dining room on the 2nd floor looked awesome too

My Mother has been at Eden estates over six years. The people there aren’t just running a business…they create Family. They care about the Residents complete needs…physical, emotional, safety, compassion… I am grateful to the staff and their love for my Mom, and even for me. Words can’t describe how much I love this place!

My mother lived her nearly 2 years, and it was a wonderful stay. Peggy helped me find the perfect apartment for my mother, and assisted me in so many different ways. She made the transition very smooth. Jason did an excellent job of monitoring my mothers health and keeping me informed about any issues. All the staff were wonderful. There are many scheduled events, and there is one special event per month, such as the 1920s dance, car show with ice cream, luau, etc. I saw people complained about the food, but I did not see any issues.

Peggy and Jason are awesome with my brother. Normal transition into his new home. My niece his daughter and I both know that hes being taken care of. He is safe hes able to be with people that he can talk with and then enjoy company and activities. If anyone is looking for such a place as a assisted living or independent care you have to go to Brookdale whether in Bedford or in Texas I cant say enough how great they are.

My father & step mother moved here at the end of April 2018 because my father could no longer take care of my step mother, who was in the later stages of Alzheimer's, by himself. The staff made their transition so easy and when my step mother got to the point in her disease that we had to look at other facilities for her, Joy (head nurse) & Amy (Director) were so helpful with suggestions. We had found a place just down the street for her and she was scheduled to move on Oct. 1st but she had declined very rapidly in the days prior to her move. When myself & my sisters got there on the day that we were to move her we were very concerned and asked Joy if she could come check on her and give us her opinion if we should move her or not. She graciously said yes absolutely, came to their room and advised us not to move her. She passed away on Oct. 2nd, surrounded by family and the staff at Brookdale Eden Estates could not have been any kinder or more supportive during that time. They brought snacks, water, lemonade for family that had come to say their goodbyes and in the days & weeks following her passing they continued to check on my dad and make sure he was doing ok physically & emotionally and have continued with that kindness to him. The staff truly cares about their residents, what's going on in their lives, family, etc. We are so blessed that he is at Eden Estates and surrounded by such wonderful staff and caring people. Thank you Joy, Amy, Arianna, Sylvia and so many more staff members that make Brookdale Eden Estates a HOME for their residents.

I have lived at Eden for going on 6 years and still enjoy it every day. I love all the people from the servers in the dining room to the housekeeper that cleans my rooms. The aids and nurses are all special. I cant say enough about how much I care about everyone from the office to yard men. It is Home to us

Several staff deserve mention... Jennifer is a very talented, creative person. She always has a good activity program going on and is always pleasant and fun to be around. Alemenia is kind and pleasant housekeeper - polite and neat.. Always has a smile -- she knows everything about housekeeping and does a thorough job without having to be told what to do.. She is continually working, whether in a room or the hallway. Q comes in and knows what to do in dressing and general caregiving to my father-in-law. Very attentive to his needs.. John treats my father-in-law like a king when transporting him. Ensures his comfort and safety when traveling. Gets out of the car and helps him to the door and is waiting for him at the door whenever his church service is over. Finally, Omar is a great administrator and organizer. He has made many positive changes since he has been here. He Is cordial and friendly, which means a lot to my father-in-law.

My mom has been a resident for 9 months. She has been pleased and happy with her transition. Lovely group rooms. I recently had a birthday luncheon for my mom. Peggy set up the library for the occasion. It was wonderful to have a private area. She even had balloons and banner waiting for us.

I have been the hairstylist at Brookdale Eden Estates for almost twenty years. It has been the most rewarding time in my thirty five year career of doing hair. Taking care of the residents' hair, either assisted living or independent living, is a pleasure. As long as I have worked here, we have always had a wonderful, friendly, helpful and happy staff to take care of the residents. Many have worked here for many years. The residents are a wonderful group of people and many of them have lived here for many years. I actually did one customer's hair for eighteen years. They are very friendly and helpful to one another. There is always some kind of activity going on. Just this evening, one group of residents were going out to eat while others were going to watch a movie together. It is a great place and I love it. I look forward to going to work each and every day! The residents aren't just my customers but my friends. I plan on working here until I retire.

I wish to commend Omar Stiefer, Executive Director, at Brookdale Eden Estates, Bedford TX. I am the "off-site" caregiver for a friend who has been a resident there for two years and Mr. Stiefer is responsive to addressing any concerns or issues regarding my friend's care.

I want to commend Sylvia for her positive behavior and honesty. She cleans my mom's unit and while my mom was away at rehab, Slyvia found a large sum of cash loose in her unit and reported it so that it could be put away safely. My mom and I sincerely appreciate her efforts and honesty. Way to go, Sylvia!

My mother-in-law was at Brookdale for 7 years. She loved it there. The staff was always attentive and caring. We had to move her to a nursing facility because she required full care, otherwise, we would still be there! We were very pleased with Brookdale.

Great Community Happy residents and staff Friendly residents that make everyone feel at home, so many greeted me and sent me cards and brought me hugs my first day there, and the hugs have continued everyday since. This group of residents is one of the most friendly groups of people I've ever seen. No wonder the associates enjoy their work here. It's truly people serving each other with love, compassion, respect, excellence and integrity. A+ very special indeed.

I love that not once but twice Peggy put up with me looking for a great place for my dad. After visiting with her almost a year later I knew this was dad's home. He has struggled to adapt but he likes the apartment, loves that his cats can be with him and he is looking forward to meals and outings. Thank you so much Brookdale I'm thankful I trusted Peggy with my daddy. Also I've met some great staff and residents there...it's like seeing family! Keep up the fantastic job Peggy and Eden Estates!!! I love yall!
