Parc Place creates a real community for its residents. Even though it is an independent senior living facility, the staff and residents look out for each other regarding their personal well being. So many amenities are provided at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Parc Place to anyone considering independent retirement living.

This is where a very Loved Family member lives. The staff goes above & Beyond , always . Paul "The Chef" is Amazing , His Creations are Sooo Good . I would also brag on the Girls at the Front Entrance, They are never in a bad mood & treat the Residents as Family & Friend. Bernard the Maintenance Man & Staff are Quick to Fix & nice to all. On Site Amenities are plenty & Park Place is near Everything, shopping, entertainment etc. ✌️

I moved my mom into Parc Place this week (March 2021) and cant say enough good things about the experience! Cynthia Martone handled every detail of the move with a smile and did not miss one detail. She even made sure we (my mom, brother and myself) ate lunch on move day. Wow! Every person on staff has been helpful and happy. They know their residents by name and seem to really love their jobs. I am so happy that we found my mom a clean, well-organized and happy place to live. Thank you, Parc Place!

Parc Place is a pure treasure. My parents moved in over 3 years ago. They have enjoyed it immensely. As Moms health declined they were always available with advice and resources to help support all of us. They just could not be any kinder or more personable. Plus we find them incredibly affordable for the amenities they provide. I recommend them to everyone over 55 looking for a new community.

Thank you for doing things to keep the morale up and keep the residents busy during this crazy time! Its reassuring to know my Mom is safe, eating healthy and knowing you all look out for her! You all keep the place clean and everyone is so friendly! Mom has participated in exercise class, Wii games and outings. Her doctor is in the building next door as well! Theres always something going on at Parc Place! Mom has been there a few years now and I highly recommend it!

My mother-in-law moved in during the Covid-19 pandemic and they were still able to make her feel welcome! Its impressive that during this time of uncertainty, the staff has found ways to allow their residents to stay connected with each other while maintaining the required social distancing to make sure every single person was healthy. I love how they have gone the extra mile with events like the drive-by parade so that family members were able to safely see their loved ones. Cant wait for things to open up so my MIL can really experience everything Parc Place offers!

Although we have just moved (in the middle of the virus pandemic), we have been very impressed with our patio home. This move is even better than we expected. Meals are delivered to our door daily and my wife and I have been very impressed with the quality and variety of the food. The few people we have met (at the required distance), everyone waves and says hello.

We are enjoying our third year here at Parc Place. Weve made so many good friends since we moved here from Fort Worth. We no longer drive and appreciate Albert taking us on outings and to doctor appointments. Danny and the team do a great job with the entertainment and activities. I still like to cook but I appreciate the food service delivered to our house which gives me the occasional break from cooking.

It is my pleasure to recommend Parc Place to future residents.During the past thirteen years, I have called Parc Place my home. The entrance always provides a welcoming look plus the addition of fresh flowers on each and every table gives a cheery note. The staff is not only congenial, but efficient and helpful in all ways possible. And the maintenance crew and our bus driver Albert, are the icing on the cake. These are the very best independent living apartments in the mid-cities! My mom has lived here for one year and loves it. The staff is wonderful and takes a special interest in each resident. The entrance and lobby are always decorated with flowers and seasonal decorations. The apartments are lovely and the food is very good. You pay only for each meal you choose to eat and breakfast is free. Most places charge for 3 meals a day even if you dont eat all of them. The social calendar is full of activities for every interest. They have everything from bingo and cards to weekly happy hours with musical entertainment. They have bus transportation to stores, banks, and doctors. They also have planned outings to museums, restaurants and the theater. Its a fun place and I would highly recommend.

My grandmother lives at Parc Place Retirement and absolutely loves it! Even though she is legally blind she is able to live independently and join in many activities. Including bingo and bridge. She has met some of her best friends here and the staff is so friendly and helpful! And parc place is always clean and kept up! But the biggest thing is that she gets her meal delieverd to her and she loves them!!

We moved into a 3 bedroom villa 6 months ago. We are very satisfied with our life here at Parc Place. It is so beautiful and is immaculately maintained by the staff. The staff personnel are all caring, friendly and helpful and the amenities offered are plentiful and varied. We are thoroughly enjoying the many activities, programs and social get-togethers at which we meet and enjoy so many of our new neighbors and fellow residents. The move to Parc Place was a good decision for us.

Yes Yes we love living @ Parc Place in fact I met my Bride here we both lived in Parc Place tower and were very happy but it didnt take long before we we wanted to marry and so with help of the staff esp. Judy Martin Parc Place Sharp Grill was the site it is such a Beautiful immaculately and romatic place we now live in one the cottages w, wonderful friends we get nothing but nice comments about the house. Even if I hadt met Sietske here Id say the same but sure is icing on the cake

We moved into Parc Place in February after visiting several other properties and found the sense of community and quality of Parc Place superior to all the others. The Villas were a perfect fit for us. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful.
