My dad was in Legend Oaks for 5 weeks doing rehabilitation. The facility was very clean, and the staff was professional. There was a White stout guy who really helped with my dad. Whatever my dad needed, he did not act like it was a bother to him. I saw him handle the patients with compassion and respect. My dad had to do outside dialysis, and the staff always had him up and ready to go to dialysis. When he came back if lunch or dinner was over, they would save his plate and then warm it up for him. This does not sound like much, but it is when you are away from home and depend on others to care for you. My dad was always clean, and his room was too. The only complaint my dad had was the food. My dad is very picky when it comes to food. I tasted the food on several occasions, and it taste fine to me. Overall, the place I would give it 5 stars. If my dad had to return to a facility, I would feel confident in bringing him there again.

This place is a very comfortable place. Even the different shifts, that you come across, they're all helpful and friendly to you. The food is quite good and filling! The beds are comfortable. They have a house cleaner that comes a couple times a day to empty the trash cans and takes care of the bathroom and all of its paper. Keeping the floors swept and mopped clean. Went to this facility to meet the staff and celebrate the CNAs yesterday. I was greeted with a smile from the staff and happy greetings of how they could be of service. It was a pleasant surprise. The facility was clean , smelled great, and the staff was attentive to their patients. When meeting thw Director he made sure to let me know how important his staff was to him and 1st and for most the care their patients were receiving. If my family needed a place to be this one would be at the top of my list! Thank you so much for all the care you have and the hospitality you showed me.

I'm a physical therapist here at this facility, and I've been here for 6 years. I've been a PT at multiple facilities and hospitals around town for the last 26 years so I've experienced many facilities, and I have to say Legend Oaks is one of my favorites!! Our residents are great! The staff is great, especially the therapy department! But the rest of the facility staff are great as well, from housekeeping to the kitchen to all of nursing. Sure it's not perfect, but NO facility is perfect, and if that's what you're expecting then your expectations may be unrealistic. But the care here is exceptional and I would have no problem bringing my loved one here! Come give us a try!

The food was alright. I MUST complain about my clothes missing. A man came into my room and took two clear plastic bags of clothes out of my closet. I assumed he was going to do laundry. NO, my clothes have not been returned to me yet. I want my flannel pajamas returned to me.

Joan at Legend Oaks went beyond her pay grade. She aMs others were attentive with my parent who had a two week stay. Someone from our family was always dropping in and we were all satisfied.

My husband recently had a stay at Legend Oaks after being hospitalized. We both found Legend Oaks to be an excellent facility. The facility is immaculately clean. The staff are all knowledgeable and courteous. The therapy team is excellent. Every Wednesday there is a care meeting and the patient snd family are told of the patient's progress and condition in a very friendly and positive and upbeat environment. I hope neither of us has to be hospitalized again or in need of skilled nursing but if so we would use Legend Oaks again and would recommend it highly to others.
