Chris was wonderful to work with. I needed short term care after having knee replacement surgery and he was able to easily accommodate my specific needs. His staff is punctual, professional, and caring. They listened carefully to my instructions while also taking initiative to notice things that I needed help with. They helped me with things around the house, showering, and driving me to doctors appointments. His caregivers are warm and personable, and I felt safe and comfortable while they were here.

She has always made sure there was plenty to eat and kept the kitchen clean. She also buys our groceries and will let us know when she does. Not only is she a good worker, but she takes an interest in us also. Could not ask for better.

He was very professional and very nice and we discussed the level of care my mother needed. We have been using home helpers of west Austin for five weeks. When we first went to our primary doctor for help in selecting a company, he told us that no service would be perfect and that there will always be issues to work through. He was correct. There are many variables to consider and theres always something happening that you didnt expect. With that said, we did find a willing partner in Chris Grahm, the owner of the company. He is accessible and knowledgeable. Chris has provided a great deal of insight and help in helping Working through the many issues that we have encountered with my mother-in-law who has dementia. He is a good partner. One of the many tools that we have used are cameras. We have been able to observe Chis and how he interacts with my mother-in-law and it was absolutely wonderful. Hes very kind and soft-spoken and has the ability to calm her down when shes feeling agitated.

Impressive Customer Service! I have found Home Helpers to be head and shoulders above all their competitors. Over the years, I have hired several in home companion companies. This is the BEST caregiver service that I have found after many failures with other agencies. Very empathetic, owner was a caregiver for his own mother. All caregivers were wonderful and experts at dealing with dementia patients. Also, organized and responsible. Excellent communication. I highly recommend this service and exceeds all expectations after having several agencies that did not do their job.
