I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of Mr. Bobby Scruggs and FirstLight Caregivers. Unexpectedly, I needed urgent care for my wife after she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Mr. Scruggs and his team jumped in immediately, providing amazing support and service - even answering his phone after 7pm on a Friday night. I would trust the care provided by Mr. Scruggs and his team for any of my family members - and I have no hesitation providing the biggest recommendation I can for FirstLight.

First Light came alongside both of us and joined the fight by developing relationship, driving Mama to appointments, even picking up a hot cup of soup or a milkshake after chemo. Just want to highly recommend this company. I needed to have someone stay with my Dad who had dementia, and the ladies that were sent were all very professional, very well trained and followed my instructions for Dad. Bobby, the owner, is the most helpful human being and makes sure to listen carefully to what your needs might be for the patient, always sending someone who Dad enjoyed being with.

This company has come through time and time again for me. I feel most of the time as though they are family and I can call on them for needs that I wouldn't be able to call previous employers for. They are attentive and accommodating to the needs of both the clients and their employees. One phrase that resounds within this company is "We'll get you there, just communicate your needs to us and we will figure out a way." They have an abundance of care for different people's walks of life and they will come through for you too. I highly recommend this company!

The entire Family is always there and willing to help make sure you get the shifts you need or want as well as make sure that you are connected with clients that suit you. I would highly recommend this home health care company. My dad is 91 and mom is 88 and has dementia. My dad said my mom did not want anyone in her house and resisted having help. We signed up on a Wednesday and they were able to provide a care giver that Friday who had experience working with dementia. Once she arrived my dad talked her ear off and liked having someone else to talk to even though she was there for my mom. Mr. Scruggs was available by phone or e-mail to answer my questions and he was very patient with my parents while filling out any paper work.

I truly appreciate the individual attention by FirstLight Home Care management and employees. They are always willing to take extra effort in matching my care needs with a care companion. Also, if I need extra support for incidental concerns, the management is there for me. I have been using FirstLight for over a year. One time I had difficulty with the employee sent. They listened and acted on my concerns. That gives me comfort and confidence that the company is reliable and will always be there for me. A really sweet note - they make the extra effort in celebrating my birthday and holidays. I think that's special!
