My mother first became a resident of the Arlington Care Home on Saddleback Road (now called Accessible Living Facility) in January of 2020. Early on, the staff was friendly and the premises were clean. I don't believe they ever fully lived up to the promises made in their brochure and in recent months, the condition of the home was so disgusting that I had to remove my mother at age 92 and move her to a new facility. Unfortunately, there is nowhere to post the photos of the home's interior that I took. Most of the residents had been removed and one male attendant was left to care for my mother and another man 24 hours a day. I asked him who watched them at night, he replied that he stayed there through the night. That was the more than enough for the new care facility to tell me just to go get her and they would find a place for her. When I sent the owner the photos and said I was going to move my mother, her only response was, "you still have to pay for this month." No concern whatsoever. I asked the attendant where my mother's belongings were. Some dirty clothes on the floor in the closet and a hanging bag was all she had left. Her Social Security Card, Driver's License, Medicare card and all her photos etc were gone. As I took her to the car, I asked if I needed to sign a release or form to remove her. Nope. I walked my mother out of the care home with no finished paperwork, no verification of who I was, nothing. Proceed at your own risk.

Friend is there and this is the second home of theirs he has been in. First was very smelly, dark, dirty, with nothing but tv available for recreaton. Minimal furniture in bedroom. This house is similar but not smelly. Bedroom furniture is adjustible bed and broken down dresser. Two previous residences' mail are in the dresser and the closet that has no hangers. Friend has been in there one day and floor not swept when he arrived, his belongings were dumped into plastic bags and left on floor, and the tv in the room does not work. Friend says lady attendant is friendly and good cook. There is nothing uplifting, attractive, home like, aesethetically pleasing nor well maintained related to the interior or exterior of these two houses. This web site is real joke as to the reality of the facilities. Obviously, these facilities are not properly inspected for cleanliness or anything else by health agencies.
