This was a great service to use, my home care RN Bree did a great job assisting and taking care of my medical needs I would definitely use her again, the office communication is a bit lacking but Bree makes up for it with quality service. My Healthcare professional was fantastic he explained everything and I felt very comfortable with him. His name was Harvey Patel and I would highly recommend him.
February 2022
The wound care was good but communication wasn't there enough. It seemed the nurse would rather converse with doctors about any concerns or her case manager but not the direct family who is involved with my disabled father who happened to be disabled from his time in combat service. The case manager never called to discuss concerns the nurse may have had either. Very unprofessional. Veterans deserve better care than this.

Based on the name alone I would expect professionalism. I have not used their actual services but if I call and you just say hey this is__ and you don't know the answer to my question (which is fine), place me on HOLD then the next employee should take over the call. I shouldn't hear the exchange between you and the other person.
