Beautiful community! It felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Residents were in front lobby area talking and smiling, very welcoming. Lunch looked and smelled delicious. We were greeted by staff members while walking the community, staff seemed to truly enjoy working there.

Arlington Plaza is a great environment to live in. The management and staff were so friendly, accommodating and very communicative. They took very good care of my mother in law during her time there even when she was being difficult. They were patient and made sure her needs were met. I cannot express enough how grateful we are for everyone here at this facility. I definitely recommend this place, it is a great price, the apartment are spacious, the residents are super friendly and the activity director is always working to include everyone in the activities!

Great staff but it is not safe to live very run down very dirty. food is bad very dirty place. Dining room is always dirty. coffee cups and all dishes are dirty. Most of times dishwasher is down. i would not put my love ones in here. very over price

My family member lives here and every time we visit shes always engaged with her friends and, or the staff. Shes lived in other facilities, but she says this ones the best!ve eaten with her on occasion and the foods always great.I know its not the prettiest place shes lived in, but its met her needs over and above what we couldve expected.Thanks for what yall do!

My granny has an apartment here,it assisted living. But she doesnt have enough privacy. Shes told me that stuff keeps getting stolen from her apt because the nurses come in at all times, even when shes not there.

Staff is warm, caring, and affirming of their residents. This is truly a community in every way. Have never seen anyone sitting in the hallways looking dejected. Instead there are relevant activities appropriate for all health ranges. The food is good, too.As to 24, 7 on-site caregivers: there is a new personal care, home health agency and it is outstanding. Residents are, of course, free to hire any home health if needed but this agency is convenient and they are staffed with nurses as well as techs. They have shown utmost respect and encouragement to our loved one who is recovering from a break. No qualms about the location, facility condition, amenities, service, or care. Arlington Plaza, though an older facility, is well-maintained and well-run. And they are pet-friendly, too!
