this is not a good place seen how it is ran kitchen so nasty they got workers that are very lazy they got people in there that cant do anything for themselves that is an assisted living facility not memory care its sad they take anybody in no matter what is wrong with them because they census is low that's sad and because they can get the money from these people not saying these people are getting the best of care and the new administrator does not care he is there for the money and try to act like he care so if you care about your family not a good place

I chose Hickory Gardens, after an extensive search, for my 93 year old Mother, who had never been in assisted living. This place is phenominal! You'll not find a more loving and caring staff. The food is good (I've made pop-in visits for meals). The facility is clean and well kept - stick your head inside the kitchen, you'll be impressed. They helped make the transition for us as uncomplicated and easy as possible. The all inclusive rate is most helpful, especially planning the budget. I can't express my appreciation enough to the Administration and staff. I'm thankful!

The staff is very caring and I like the fact that is a smaller facility that feels more like "home". Mom has been well cared for there for 2 years and that gives me great peace of mind. Thanks for all that you do for her and the residents!
