This complex has everything you need, from a spacex community room with pool tables, a gym, also a very nice in house beauty salon, free washer and dryer, I mean everything. And, let's not mention the amazing staff. They are an awesome team that works with their residents. They also have on-site Social Service Coordinators who assist with social service needs. My experience with Chippington Towers has been great...5 stars for me.

My mom moved into Chippington Towers II about a year ago, and honestly, it's been such a relief for our whole family. I was nervous at first about her being on her own, but this place has really put my mind at ease. The location in Madison is perfect for her. She can get to the grocery store, her pharmacy, and her doctor's appointments without much fuss, and there's a bus stop just a block away for the days she doesn't want to drive. She also loves that she's close to the Madison Community Center. Her apartment itself was a pleasant surprise. It's been nicely updated with a modern kitchen (she's very proud of her quartz countertops, ha), luxury vinyl flooring, and ceiling fans in every room. It's a big step up from her old place, and it doesn't feel institutional at all. It actually feels like a real home. What means the most to me as her daughter is the security and the staff. The secured entry system gives me real peace of mind, and knowing there's 24/7 emergency maintenance means she's never stuck waiting if something goes wrong. She's also mentioned how kind the service coordinator has been. It's nice knowing there's someone on site who genuinely checks in on residents and helps connect them to resources if they ever need it. She's made friends in the community room and even joined in on the billiard table a few times, which cracked me up because I never pictured her as a pool shark. The onsite beauty salon has become a weekly ritual for her too. And honestly, as someone helping manage her finances, the fact that rent is income based and covers all her utilities, including heat, electric, water, trash, internet, and cable, has been such a huge help. No surprise bills, no guessing. If you have a parent who's looking for an affordable, well run, and genuinely caring place to call home, I can't recommend Chippington Towers II enough. It's given my mom independence and given our family peace of mind.

My aunt has lived here for 5 years. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff. They are great at answering any questions my aunt has. They are very quick to come or call if she needs anything. She really loves her apartment and she’s met some neighbors that she’s become good friends with. The grounds are kept neat and tidy. Great place.

I've been living here for a few months and I absolutely love it!!! I've gained a lot of friendships and trust and the fellowship here at the apartments. I'm so grateful for Karina and the staff here they're amazing and always helpful with any situation.

I took myself there after they couldn't find the application I mailed. I brought another packet filled out the application no one knows where it is. I did go to Chippington 1anf Ashley has been helpful. They would. Have the info but it disappeared at 2.Mail is so slow probably take another packet myself. The apt at 1 seems perfect I think Ashley is doing her job great but I have questions for the owner about certain requirements just popping up. I want to move there but why now and then it's something else Ashley at Chippington 1 is doing what she is told. Now after always 1 more thing March 12 I was given a deadline of March 16 Please tell me if you are homeless moving around how do you produce leases. I called the 888 number it's a voicemail. They have the landlord paperwork from shared housing. The couches I slept on don't speak. I'm 70 need based on income I have jumped. I have done everything asked of me. I'm not looking to argue. I started in Illinois was coming back plans to start a business. Lost money and everything. On the way back my van broke down in Ky. Stranded a month there. I'm trying folks. Any hotels are out of state.Hope you take all into consideration. Homeless people don't have leases or written agreements. We even pay for a couch or a place to put up a tent No return call. When can I call and speak to the top man? Guess no luck. No one from upper has called to discuss this. I really wanted this apt. For years I raised my son's one landlord. I was homeless at time they want. Not one call back from upper management. I have references from before homeless and now. I smell discrimination. Worst things were going so well I gave up another place now they won't discuss this. I think I just need to find a way to family and a place to stay in Killeen Texas or Austin Texas. So home office finally called back. Can see this going nowhere. I rented my first place at 18. Never evicted Ashley stated she needed copies of leases time period I was homeless. They don't understand that's impossible an excuse not to rent. I have references before and after. I have every email. I do not want to argue but this is discrimination against a senior that was homeless. Great record before and since June. Glad I have all Ashley's emails. Because after today's letter person cannot spell I definitely am calling someone. She dragged this out it was one thing or another. Now my so called credit score I know what it is. Get me out of Tennessee. I have good references from before on Illinois Boss chooses to ignore

My Mother-In-Law lives here and can't say enough about how great the staff are. She loves her apartment and enjoys sitting on her porch. Everytime we visit her the community is always clean and quiet.

Chipp 2 is the only one I am familiar with , my grandmother lives here. Aside from the residents, part of town, and a whole lot more. chippington 2 has a beautiful landscape with actually nice ornamental plants. I give it 3 stars because some of the people don't know how to act. Lol but some people are chill. You gotta be open minded with what they can do as a staff. Compared to how many people are their. I would give 3 1/2 stars for chipp 2.
