I am moving in Chippington and I am so grateful for the staff. e. Lord I am so thankful for such clean place. The process was smooth, management went out her way to work late to help. Jared Rhodes the leasing agent at chippington towers helped me through the entire application process and was so helpful and informative. I needed a place so bad and he was so understanding. Chippington Towers looks very clean, and smells good too! I can't wait to move all my furniture in!! Thank you Jared and Moe at chippington towers for helping me. Jared Rhodes is absolutely wonderful!! He helped my mother with her entire leasing/move-in process. He was so kind and personable but also fast and efficient. He is the prime example of outstanding customer service. Everyone in the world should be like him! We felt so valued and appreciated throughout everything. Absolutely amazing. 10/10 highly recommend!

Chippington Towers 1 is a nicely new renovated apartment complex. The apartments are nice with a wonderful view from the balcony with easy access to everything. The washer and dryer are FREE! The residents and staff are very friendly. The process is easy! Managment makes you feel welcome, and they are easy to work with! Five stars hands down!

Renovations to this building has been a long time coming, it's finally that time and is just about completed. I only have wonderful things to say about the office staff, they are always so welcoming anytime in the office and always help me with different situations. The maintenance crew are great, always friendly and jovial with all the residents, and whenever I needed them for issues in apartment they were always prompt. Love the roof over my head!!!!!!

Apts are small & about 495 sq ft.- 1 bedroom space, small bathroom, small kitchen with the livingroom, dining room attached. You have a front door & a door that leads you out to your balcony, 1 window in the front room & 1 window in the bedroom.This building has Concrete floors so whether you have Carpet or the new flooring over the concrete, you can hear noises throughout the bldg & if anyone drops anything you will surely hear it in your apt. Large Rugs are strongly recommended & also invest in a Security, Alarm system with motion detectors to protect your belongings & for your safety.Quiet time is from 9pm -9am. This Tower has a Pool Table, A Treadmill, A Stationary Bike & a table to work puzzles on & The Washers & Dryers are on several floors throughout the building.Security Cameras all over the building Inside &Outside & a Area to Grill out with benches & Picnic tables.Some people have Cats & or Dogs here too.. Although Ive never let my Grandkids visit me here, People have their Grandkids & Great Grandkids come by & visit & sometimes they stay the night several nights a week so this building will always have all ages in here at all times.With all that being said, it is definitely a different environment with lots of people with Physical & Severe Mental disabilities on many different levels & then there are also some Nice, Polite & Down To Earth People that live there too.

The tenants seem jovial, and theres comraderie. I guess theres smoking throughout the building, as you can smell it when you step off the elevator. Theres one elevator for cargo. Its large enough to stand a seven foot sofa on its end, but I wouldnt try any larger. The loading dock is typically through the front door.

I would not recommend this place. I have heard that they had bed bugs. obviously this is not something Ive seen firsthand so take it for what it is. if youre a senior citizen on low-income you might just have to check it out. I do know several people who lived here and some who still do. Some of them were very happy with it.
