The apts are great and Ashley very nice.But the owner refuses to talk about what happened. Yet someone I know was offered an apt. Tennants will be complaining and staff. Good luck. A place for mom does not refer and not assisted living. I have all the emails. Still waiting for the owner to give me his number. I have the emails.Ashley was fine until she didn't understand the time I was homeless no lease but before.After back and forth all of a sudden my credit. They never got back to me from Knoxville. I have refrences before homeless but no lease sleeping outside. You really caused a blowup The last 5 months you left me in limbo in shared housing $,725 a month you should pay me back using that to share a bedroom after I was lead to believe and oh I got my credit score you were way off base. I offered my refrences of 15 years before I became homeless and Ashley kept asking for a lease for time I was homeless I didn't rent a bus bench or yard. Found out our gossiper that doesn't know me in shared housing was jealous how I was doing called also called another shared housing the other shared still offered

Every fourth Sunday, we at New Jerusalem Baptist Church visit Chippington Towers in Madison, Tennessee, to have Sunday School with the residents that would like to attend. We share our lesson plan and the residents share in. It's a blessed experience.

I love this place for my Grandmother. It gives a peace of mind knowing she is surrounded by good people that listen, care, and are willing to help anyway they can. For us that is Ashley in the office. She truly makes a difference for us and we are thankful for that!

My Uncle lives in Chippington Towers in Building 1, and he absolutely loves it. I'll visit him sometimes, and he has a very nice apartment/room, a nice community area to hang out in with other residents, and is just overall a good place to live. Ashley in the office has helped out tremendously and makes everything there go by so easy and smoothly for him when he has any issues. Shes definitely the only one in the office keeping things moving and getting the important things taken care of. Thanks to her and how nice the building and apartments are, I rated it 5 stars, but she gets a 10/10 on my scale. Great place to be.

Jared Rhodes is absolutely wonderful!! He helped my mother with her entire leasing/move-in process. He was so kind and personable but also fast and efficient. He is the prime example of outstanding customer service. Everyone in the world should be like him! We felt so valued and appreciated throughout everything. Absolutely amazing. 10/10 highly recommend!

Chippington Towers 1 is a nicely new renovated apartment complex. The apartments are nice with a wonderful view from the balcony with easy access to everything. The washer and dryer are FREE! The residents and staff are very friendly. The process is easy! Managment makes you feel welcome, and they are easy to work with! Five stars hands down!

Renovations to this building has been a long time coming, it's finally that time and is just about completed. I only have wonderful things to say about the office staff, they are always so welcoming anytime in the office and always help me with different situations. The maintenance crew are great, always friendly and jovial with all the residents, and whenever I needed them for issues in apartment they were always prompt. Love the roof over my head!!!!!!
