My grandmother lives at Summit Towers, and I want to say this place genuinely does its best to take care of the people who live here. It serves seniors and disabled residents, and that alone comes with a lot of daily challenges that most people don't think about. What really stands out to me is the janitor. He works extremely hard and is constantly on the move trying to keep up with everything this building throws at him. Anyone who's ever lived in a place like this knows it's not an easy job, and I've personally seen how much effort he puts in every single day. He treats residents with respect and does not cut corners, even when things get overwhelming. Summit Towers isn't perfect, but the people working here clearly care. It's a place where residents are supported, staff are present, and problems are addressed instead of ignored. For low-income housing that serves an aging and disabled population, that matters more than anything. I appreciate what this building provides and the people who keep it running

1st phase of remodel looks great! New renovated units! 24/7-armed security is amazing and has helped tremendously with crime, drugs and unauthorized visitors.

I've been here for about 4 years and with any and all apartments you have your differences and problems I personally think that this is a great location you're right downtown I'm all the way on the 12th floor with a great view I feel lu nocky that I'm living here the only problems I see is management they have a very tough time keeping management and every time somebody new comes in it's a whole different personality to work here do you have to be a people person there are elderly in SSI people that live here and are already going to be touchy in my opinion to work here you have to want to help and you care about other people their feelings in space

I have lived at Summit Towers for four years. It is my home. I love being downtown, the view from my apartment, and the many friends I have made here. Summit Towers has a new owner who is committed to constructing, repairing, and remodeling the property and our apartments. The building is HUD income-based. If you are low income and need a place to move, I recommend checking out Summit Towers.

Been here 10 months. Was good at spraying monthly for roaches but has had a problem keeping up with it in last few months. Why? I do not know. Only seen about 3 roaches in 10 month period though. Concerned about stink bugs in my apt. It is an infestation and they refuse to do anything. Telling me it is my responsibility. It is not. A couple months ago there was a lone mouse! Argh. It seemed dizzy. It would just chew on the cable wire and not move. Not scurry. I called the office. They said mice are my responsibility too. What!!?? My son came over here and stomped on it. Freaks me out. Hate bugs and mice.

Couldn't get into the building, i guess guest aren't welcome. You also have to pay the meter every hour or you get fined.

currently not good.. MGMT and employees do nothing but bully and harras tenants leaving unsafe and unclean environment with bedbugs and roaches roaming all while owners are aware. 25 false evictions await court process. This manager breaking several tenant rights and laws. Glad to be leaving E

Nice place about a mile from downtown pretty reasonable the people are nice especially the ones in the office the manager the secretary and maintenance and it fixed things when you request I love it comfortable

Its a pretty nice place great views. I really like being able to go downtown and visit. Great location for a walk and close to the old city. Dog park down the street. Lots of place to eat and the farmers market and market square.
