My granddad moved in last month, came to visit him this weekend. Couldn’t believe this place. The building was beautiful and the food was delicious. Granddad has never been happier. If you need a high class senior place this is the best my family found snd we are super picky.

My mohter, daughter (24) and I toured Knoxville High while looking for an independent living home for mom. This has a luxury downtown condo feel and look. The decor is gorgeous with wide hallways, stunning ceilings and windows, and beautiful exposed brick walls. The full kitchen and washer/dryer combos are a rarity and we found the pricing to be quite reasonable for everything included. My daughter and I agreed we would live there in a heartbeat - I hope it is still around when I am ready.

Visited Knoxville high senior living this weekend and was very impressed with this historic place . I will recommend living here to anyone that loves historical down town Knoxville. The stuff makes you feel like you belong here

The staff, Kim, Vicky, Ashley, and Alofa are always so nice and eager to help! From the first tour of the facilities, they treated me like I was their only guest and took lots of time to make me feel valued and welcome. Amazing staff and a wonderful place to call home.

Wonderfully restored building. Only 80 apartments available, studio, 1 BR, 2 BR. No two are alike, every classroom was turned into an apartment. Independent senior living at its finest!
