I went in for my first visit after moving here from VA. Very pleased with the care I received from Cherilyn in reception and Laura and Alyssa in Cardiac. They were all very efficient and helpful. The hospital was wonderful. That was one of my concerns in moving to Knoxville, leaving my medical providers after almost 30 years. I am not worried any more.

We had Chrystal register me for an upcoming surgery She was efficient, kind, informative, and just plain awesome! She immediately put us at ease and helped us understand everything that happen on the day of surgery. I absolutely love all the personnel at Fort Sanders and highly recommend this facility to you.

Makaela came upstairs and brought my sign in papers to get my x-ray done-she was awesome, and the 3 women that walked me to x-rays and then helped me on and off the table was great too! The were all very helpful and nice!

Though we were told the wrong appointment time, we're highly satisfied with the staff at Fort Sanders Regional, including Marissa S. Everyone is beyond kind and efficient at their job.

Recently my Mom was in Ft Sanders for a week for a hip issue on the 5th floor. A hospital stay is never fun. The overall care was good. All techs and nurses were great. More times than not reviews are left for a bad experience. I wanted to make sure to recognize someone that really stood out to us. Natalie was amazing! It makes things easier when you can talk to someone that not only listens but understands your concerns. I wish we had her every day my Mom was there. Healthcare is not the greatest these days but Natalie definitely is! Thank you Natalie for taking great care of Mrs Blalock!

Marissa was very kind, and she thoroughly explained my surgery costs and also apologized for me not receiving a phone call prior to today's visit explaining my hospital costs.

Cherilyn was amazing with registration. Gracie with x-ray was extremely awesome. If my husband hadn't known, he would have thought she was a nurse. She explained everything so well and was extremely kind. The spinal tap procedure had a small complication. The first site was too painful due to his nerve being too exposed; so Brody, the nurse practitioner, had a move to a second site. So grateful that everything was done extremely professionally; and my husband and I would definitely recommend this team again.

Came here to make sure my concussion was just a concussion, it was a minor issue but the staff took care of me so well and were so caring and listened to everything I was concerned of which I was very thankful for. Best hospital experience I've had so far.
