Great place! Improvements in progress, can see the changes happening for the good. Paid could be better to keep from having to use agency, who doesn't know the residents well...

Needs some clean up and changes, but with some of the new management and corporate, clean up seems to be happening and going in the right direction. Some of the staff needs write ups for all the talk and gossip they go on with at the nurses station instead of answering call lights. The nurses station is not the place for some of the conversation that take place. But all in all it seems to be heading it the right direction.

My mother was there in Dec,we were lied too constantly most of staff was lazy they ignore call buttons,one nurse in particular told myomtoshut up ..they wouldn't assist with cutting up her food they have favorites it was unbelievablyhard to get her ilostomy changed sometimes it took days I constantly was having go up and straighten stuff up but to your face all's great don't be fooled they are horrible don't let their smiles fool you they often just ignored me while standing at desk sometimes they want answer the phone either and some are just flat out rude..I would never trust tmy mother feel badly in their care she was taken to hospital where they found she had a Hugh restless leg syndrome attack due to not getting her meds she also went 2days without one of her meds again I had to have that fixed plz DON'T use this facility refuse it no matter what program your loved one is on that place is very deceitful don't let the so called cleanliness fool you it's all one big deception

The staff here treat residents like family. This is such a clean nursing home. The residents are nice and friendly. They have a lot of staff and a good shower team for resident showers and baths.
