What a wonderful community to call home for my mother! When we first visited, after visiting numerous other assisted living facilities in the area, we knew immediately this community was home! From administration to caregivers, we love all of the staff and they have become family that we love dearly. They have all been the absolute best! The care and attentiveness they give to my mother is incredible. She has been a part of the community a little over a year and because of all the love of staff, residents and the beautiful facility/grounds, it is HOME SWEET HOME!

Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough! The staff fully embraced my mother in law and have made her feel totally at home. We were concerned about putting her in assisted living, but they've met every need and gone above and beyond with helping her! This is the place that you want to transition your loved one to for sure. I could not be more thrilled with the care that she's recieved!

Brookdale Rock Springs and it's staff are absolutely amazing. My mother has stage 4 parkinsons and needs help with quite a few things at all hours. Brookdale has been super helpful with her care, friendship, and making this a smooth transition all while she keeps her independence. I would definitely recommend this place.

When researching facilities for my parents next chapter in life Brookdale Rock Springs was head and shoulders above the rest of the facilities we looked at, in the entire TriCities area! The staff, from the Executive Director down to the everyday care staff were so very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful in meeting us. One of the Administration Staff even told us that regardless of if we ended up choosing Brookdale Rock Springs or not, she was there to help us in making the best decision for our family! If you are looking for a safe, friendly, clean and vibrant facility for your family member, you will find this and more at Brookdale Rock Springs! The care and compassion of the staff is so evident on a day to day basis!

When walked in to this facility we instantly recognized how friendly and caring the staff was. Just what we were looking for. My mother has been at Brookdale Rock springs for 3 years. They currently do not have a cook/chef. They are currently asking the employees to prepare meals. This is unacceptable. They do not have an activities director. 2 have left over the last year due to higher pay elsewhere. Maybe if the CEO would give up some of her 7 million she made last year, they could afford to pay employees. Overall, the staff is very caring. It is obvious that Brookdale corporate is more about meeting their numbers instead of providing the basic food and activities.

Brookdale Rock Springs is not a facility- it is a home away from hime where the staff become your family and your loved one is cared for so that you can go back to being the daughter or son. Now I can enjoy so much more time with my dad and do fun things to make special memories amd leave the details of caregiving to Brookdale. They are genuine and trustworthy and committed. Brookdale Rock Springs has been the answer to our prayers for my mother. Prior to being widowed, we were looking for assisted living for both her and my father but once my father passed, it was needed even more urgently for her. She moved in the midst of Covid, but even with restrictions in place, the staff made the very best of the situation and made sure residents were engaged with activities from their rooms while following Covid protocol to keep them safe and healthy. Now that restrictions have eased, there's plenty of activities and social engagements and there's not a day goes by that my mother doesn't thank me for moving her to their facility. She was very independent and would not even discuss assisted living with us for a couple of years prior to moving and we knew the adjustment would not be easy for her coupled with the loss of my father after 57 years of marriage. However, the staff at Brookdale Rock Springs has always gone above and beyond to give both her and her little dog the best of care and the extra attention needed after losing my father and during the process of planning his memorial. Every time I visit, the grounds are beautifully manicured, and the facility is always super clean and smells fresh which was a big selling point when I was visiting facilities. I visited others that smelled "stale" and like a hospital. When I first stepped into Brookdale Rock Springs, it felt like home and my mother feels the same way which has made the adjustment much easier than we ever imagined. Their communications with me regarding my mother and the tons of questions I had in the beginning have always been addressed both promptly and courteously putting my mind at ease. Everyone there is wonderful and I will be forever grateful to Brookdale Rock Springs for the level of care, happiness, and peace of mind they're providing for my mother and our family.

Brookdale Rock Springs has been an answered prayer for my family. We had been discussing assisted living for both of my parents for a couple of years, but when my father passed away in November, we knew it was even more urgent to get my mother into an assisted living facility. I visited several in the area and Brookdale Rock Springs was, by far, our choice due to the welcoming atmosphere and staff, beautifully manicured grounds, and the super clean appearance and smell of the facility when you entered. Some facilities smelled "stale" or like a hospital, so this was a big selling point. My mother has always been very independent so making this transition along with becoming a widow after 57 years of marriage was very difficult for her. The staff at Brookdale Rock Springs goes above and beyond to make her feel welcome and provide the very best of care for her both on a daily basis and through the bereavement process. She thanks me daily for moving her there and has adopted Brookdale staff and other residents as family for herself and her little dog, Dusty. Staff has been excellent with updates and communications as well as providing prompt and courteous responses with the tons of questions and requests I had for several weeks. My mother has quickly made Brookdale Rock Springs her new home and I will be forever grateful for her excellent level of care along with the happiness and peace of mind they provide for both her and our family.

Nice common areas that provide areas for socializing so that residents can spend time outside their apartments if they care to. Suzy is a great guide to the whole process!

I have visited Brookdale Rock Springs on numerous occasions for business networking events, and have always found this high quality facility to be bright and attractive, and the residents seem to be extremely well cared for and happy. A group of Christian men I am part of participated in a fish fry for the residents last Spring, and I think we received as much Joy from spending time with the men and ladies of Brookdale as they did! There was singing and laughter, and we all hated to see mealtime end that evening! We look forward to doing it again, and if I had a need for assisted living for a family member, Brookdale would be at the top of my list!!

Brookdale Rock Springs is one of the premier assisted living homes in the upper East Tennessee area. Every time I have been there, the facility inside as well as outside is in immaculate condition. All of the personnel that are employed there are super friendly and attentive to their residents. The food is all freshly baked daily with their own chef. The activity's director is always planning fun and exciting things for the residents to stay involved. They have the nicest spacious rooms I have seen as well. If you are looking for the perfect place for your loved one.....look no further. Go see Suzy Cloyd and she will give you first class treatment!!

As a professional musician and full-time entertainer, I perform approximately 200 shows per year at various senior communities, in addition to my other many musical endeavors, and the shows I've played at Brookdale Rock Springs over the last few years are truly some of the most clever and unique, thoughtfully themed parties I have ever done in a senior community. The staff works continually to come up with new and exciting ways to celebrate life and love with their residents. I have played shows there alongside life-sized Disney characters, reality TV celebrities, car shows, etc. and this speaks volumes for the dedication the staff has towards their residents, to the benefit of their joy and happiness, and providing for their quality of life. An elegant, beautiful facility as well, but the real beauty is in the hearts of the people there at Brookdale Rock Springs. I have enjoyed my visits to Brookdale Rock Springs. The staff is always attentive and the meals served were very good. I have been there several times for the entertainment and it is always fun. The residents that I have talked with all seem happy to be there. And it is always clean They are very involved with the community too.

Both of my parents moved to Brookdale Rock Springs when they became unable to care for themselves at home. We hired caregivers to assist them (at home) but that turned out to be more hassle than benefit. At Brookdale, I didn’t have to worry about them getting 3 meals a day, the correct medication, and 24/7 nurse on premises. My brother and I visited often and got to know the staff as well as other residents. When Dad passed away, it was so comforting to have all of these folks as a support team for not only Mom but for our entire family. The staff are hard workers, and they really care about keeping the residents healthy, happy, and active. Majority of staff have been at Brookdale for many years, which tells you a lot about the company and local management. If I had to say something negative about Brookdale, it would be that I wish Mom and Dad would have moved there at least 6 months before they did. We waited until they were both too feeble to reap the benefits of Brookdale. I feel they both could have lived longer had they had the quality of care that they got at Brookdale.
