I came here on January 1st 2023 and I was welcomed by numerous residents and they made me feel so at home! The staff are just amazing. Everyone took care of me when I was room bound and made sure I had what I needed. When we lost power someone came to my room immediately without me even calling to make sure my oxygen was plugged in to the back up power.

As a board-certified geriatric care manager, it matters very much where I refer my clients for placement options. Clarendale at Indian Lake in Hendersonville, TN, continues to be a place that makes my clients happy, and that in turn makes me happy. Success for me is when my clients have peace of mind and are as happy as they can possibly be. Transitioning is never easy for an aging person or their family. Change is often difficult and challenging for us all, especially when we transition from the place we called home to a place where we have not known. Working with Clarendale has been overwhelmingly an amazing experience. Beginning with sales and administrative staff they worked with every need and requirement we asked about. Moving mom into memory care the entire staff showed us nothing but kindness and understanding. The memory care staff went above and beyond taking care of mom and making her feel as comfortable as she could be in her new environment. The staff is professional, loving caring and incredible people. I can not express how grateful I am for this facility and the people at Clarendale. I just want to take this time to say a few words regarding Clarendale. My parents moved in almost 6 weeks ago from a facility in MI. And it has been the best decision we could have made. The staff from Cheri in marketing, to Wanda at the front desk, to Cindy the executive director to Megan the director of nursing and all the staff in between are exemplary!!! They take time to compassionately and kindly meet the needs of my parents. They helped make the transition almost seamless and are continually making adjustments to better serve my parents. The food is top notch and the amenities are country club level. Please consider this facility when looking for a home for your loved ones!

Having lived at several other senior properties, I feel qualified to state that Clarendale is an excellent community and where I happily call home. The building and grounds are new, modern, clean, and up to date. The staff could not be better! From the senior management to all who are here to serve the residents - everyone is highly qualified, friendly, and very caring. The food and food service is outstanding and compares nicely with local median priced restaurants. I highly recommend Clarendale to anyone seeking such accommodations for themselves or for their loved ones.

I lived alone in a 2-story home in Hendersonville for many years. When navigating the stairs and driving became more difficult, my family and I agreed that I should try something different. So I moved to Clarendale. I was anxious and didnt know what to expect. The people here are extremely friendly. They cant seem to do enough for you. The place is beautiful inside and out. There are plenty of things to do each day and I can pick and choose what I want. Ive enjoyed making some new friends and like playing card games in the afternoons. The staff in the kitchen is super and the food is delicious. Tre has been so nice and helped me with all the details of moving and getting settled in my new place. Everyone is available and willing to please, including the management staff. My cat, Tyler, and I are very happy here.

Great Portions of Food! Service is outstanding. People up front are great, dont want to lose them! Becky, Kelsey and Kaylyn really service this place. They really take the time to care for me and exercise is beneficial. People here care and thats a big difference from many places. They are doing it because they want to not because they have to. I cant think of anything anyone could complain about, this is like being at home!

This is the first living facility mom has been in since living independently in her home. We could not be happier and she seems to have accepted and adjusted well. From Cherie in Marketing to every care giver that weve encountered, the staff serves my moms care with extreme kindness and professionalism. Mom is being treated like family! I believe mom will flourish and improve in the Clarendale environment. The visits, even under the Covid-19 protocols, are so accommodating and extremely helpful for us. In the Memory Care area they are keeping mom engaged with extra activities and involving her with others. The staff attends to her needs with a feeling of special attention. We had to move my Mother to Assisted Living at Clarendale. She loves the food! The staff that I work with on her medicine, visits and lots of other things have been incredible. It is beautiful. Clarendale staff are WONDERFUL! The concierge staff are extremely helpful and attentive to each resident! All of the staff from housekeeping, culinary, maintenance and the executive office staff treat every resident with care and respect. I have lived here for 18 months and feel SO safe, comfortable and have made many friends. If you have a pet, they are also welcome! I would recommend this OUSTANDING apartment complex to everyone 62 and older!!

This is a great place. The staff are helpful, kind, courteous, accommodating, and always willing to listen. Whenever I have a question or need something, I just call the gals at the front desk. Wanda and Pam are wonderful Concierges. They serve such an important role for us residents and they are always available. The maintenance crew is top notch too. I had an electrical outlet issue in my apartment the other day. Micah and Cody came to fix it right away. Everyone is like family. I am happy I moved here and blessed to call Clarendale home.

My father has lived in Memory Care here for over a year. The treatment and services he receives is first class. The facility is clean and classy. Theres many activities and the staff is always helpful, courteous, respectful, and very friendly. He is encouraged to exercise and participate In the daily activities. Ive eaten with him on many occasions and found the Chef prepared home style food some of the best in Hendersonville. Its truly a wonderful place. I highly recommend Clarendale at Indian Lake.

A friend that I help out is living at Clarendale now after living at another facility in the area. She is very happy and really likes the facility and her apartment. I can tell a big difference in her attitude and just overall well being since she moved into Clarendale. Everyone there on the staff has been great to work with and during the pandemic have worked hard to keep all the residents safe. I am very glad that we made the decision to move to Clarendale.

There are not enough words to express my satisfaction and appreciation with the Staff and Facility. The apartments are beautiful, the facility is exceptionally clean. The Staff is always ready to help, if the person you spoke to doesnt have an answer they will get that answer immediately, not in days. My Mother is so happy there, the residents are treated like Family, this is a home within a home. If you are faced with placing a relative in a Facility as this, I could only say this is the best in this area, I looked at many before my Mother moved here. From the first day of entering the building it has been nothing but satisfaction and delight. Thank you Clarendale Staff, you are the BEST!!!!
