A special thank you to Connie, Kim, and Megan, who were there to help me keep my mother comfortable. Christy, the coordinator was also so helpful answering questions and assuring that someone was there to help me. I had surgery & my husband & son had to leave town for 7 days. The hospital (Summit), gave us your card. I called immediately upon getting home & getting settled. Everyone was so helpful on the phone & explained what the Caregivers could help me with, which is exactly what I needed. Shelby came the 1st time & I was so impressed. She did everything I needed in the house, then took me to run errands. We had so much fun & she was so easy to talk to. It felt wonderful just to get out of my house. She always made sure I was comfortable & wasn't overdoing it. The next caregiver, Brooke, came a few days later. My goodness. She went straight to washing dishes, folded about 5 loads of clothes, put away groceries & just talked to me. I was lonely after being by myself for so long & she was so easy to talk to. I would highly recommend both Shelby & Brooke to anyone needing a Caregiver. Thank you HomeWell, for taking care of me, when I needed it the most.

My mom required some general home care services after falling and breaking her hip. HomeWell Care Services customized their offerings to what we needed and adjusted them as she got stronger over a period of 18 months. For various other reasons, she is now moving into assisted living and we cancelled our service, but they were there for us when we needed them, were very easy to work with, and were very flexible to our needs and timing. Kylee Bull is my caregiver on Wednesday mornings. She is always on time. She has a good personality and is observant. Kylee understands my needs, is helpful, and is very patient with me. Diamond was my caregiver after getting my plastic surgery done. It was a last minute decision to stay in a hotel and have a caregiver but she was amazing and extremely helpful to me. She was over the top nice and when my ride was late getting me and her shift has been complete she even stayed with me longer than she had to just to make sure I was okay.

The staffing was very inconsistent. Feel there is not enough caregivers to accommodate all their customers. Many times people were late or no shows. The caregivers that did show up were very good, but feel they are overworked.

HomeWell has been a lifesaver for us as a plastic surgery center many times. They are always quick to respond to calls and requests and have been accommodating every time. We have had to reach out to them last minute on a few occasions, and they have been willing and able to help us transport patients home from surgery and stay with the patients on short notice. We will continue to use HomeWell and appreciate everything they do for us and our patients!
