I’ve had a great experience with this senior living community. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares about the residents. Claudia in particular has been amazing ” always helpful, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. The community itself is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.

Southeast Christian Church in Franklin, in our intentions to minister to Seniors, has committed to Maristone to provide a worship opportunity on Sundays, led by a team of teens and adults from our church. That has been, and continues to be, a real time of fellowship for the team and residents. Also, I have, for about 6 months so far, been leading a 1-hour Bible study late mornings every Wednesday. That has grown from 2 residents to an average of 9 to 11 residents participating each Wednesday. Over these past months the residents and I have truly become family and love each other, encourage each other, teach and learn from each other. In fact I get invited to stay every week and fellowship over lunch. The staff have been very encouraging and supportive. Cheerful, giving, loving, always wanting the best for everyone. A special thanks to Anne, the facility Activities Director, whose heart, initiative and passion has been there from the start. I am so encouraged and blessed more than I ever imagined. My mother Rosemary was a resident at Maristone Assisted Living for 6 1/2 years and I want to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care and compassion she received during her stay. She recently passed away peacefully in her sleep and I will never forget how the staff went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and how she was treated with compassion and dignity. Knowing she was in caring hands at all times for 6 1/2 years provided my family peace of mind. Not impressed with building at all. Place smelled like pee and pop. Helpers on phones in dementia unit which was fifthy. Roach in hall. Lot more nicer places out there don't waste your time.

I found this property to be everything I looked for in an assisted living facility . After viewing several other facilities I found this one to meet the criteria that an Assisted Living Facility should be. It was important that the atmosphere was not that of a Nursing home, but one that the Residents were able to feel at home in. The new Executive Director, Tina Haynes, has worked hard the past several months to make certain that the residents understand that this is THEIR home and their needs and suggestions are of uttermost importance !! All new management has been hired and their number one goal is the satisfaction of each and every Resident ! Staff is extremely friendly, Meals look delicious and I feel totally comfortable with my parents becoming a part of this beautiful facility !

This place is a great place for your family members. They treat your loved ones like they are their own family. The EDON cares for her residents and no matter if she’s busy with something she will stop to make sure they have what they need or if the families have questions she will answer any questions you may have for her. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel very welcoming and at home with them. So if you are thinking about a place for your loved ones I would highly recommend Maristone of Franklin. Recently my spouse and I were looking for a place for our loved one, and not sure where to really begin. So we made several appointments with numerous Senior facilities and enjoyed meeting with all of them, but honestly you can become overwhelmed. Our last stop should have been our first stop because although they are currently involved in renovating the building the staff is beyond good, they're GREAT. I made the call for a tour and was invited to lunch with the executive director Tina. She was informative, kind, observant and answered all of our questions and introduced us to all of her staff. Everyone was so kind and involved with our loved one it was just a load taken off me and my spouse to know we would be placing our loved one in such competent hands. Tina and her staff were simply the best. They genuinely care. I'm so happy we found such a great place where we can be at peace knowing our loved one is cared for.

There is new management in place.....from executive director, head of nursing, activities director, etc etc etc.......Moved my father in here with NO hesitation at all. The place is clean and undergoing a renovation. The rooms have been renovated as well. The new ED and her staff have gone above and beyond in this transistion for our family. I went to a number of facilities and nowhere did I feel at ease like I did at Maristone. They need to overcome the past and they are truly focused on the future and making this place a true gem.....

From the time I chose Maristone of Franklin for my mother in February of 2021 to her passing on September 6, 2023, I can not thank the staff, nurses and assistants for the care and love they provided to her. They are above exceptional. I always felt she was cared for and watched over. My mom enjoyed Bingo, painting classes and sitting with her friends for meals. The broccoli cheese soup was her favorite....thank you Mike! The facilities are always clean and attitudes were always positive. A huge shout out to nurse Cheryl .....she is truly the best!
