I had an appointment there and was very impressed. The team was so kind to the residents, hugging and laughing with them. It was nice to see. While the building itself is older, they are doing lots of things to freshen it up. I think Belvedere Commons offers great care for most budgets in Franklin. If you have a need for care, for sure visit them.

We’ve been extremely impressed with Belvedere Commons of Franklin. Rhonda, the business office manager, and Lauren, the Director of Wellness, have gone above and beyond in coordinating my mother-in-law’s care from afar, making the process smooth and reassuring. As one of the better options for low-income seniors in the Tennessee Choices program, they truly make the most of the resources they have to provide compassionate and attentive care. The facilities are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the residents’ well-being. We’re grateful for all they do.

Hello Everyone Just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at Belvedere Commons in Franklin Tn. My mom just passed away their staff where so great I received phone calls from most of the staff just to see how I was doing, I was thrilled to hear from them all I will miss them dearly and thank you for the Dinner we received from E.D she made our day by stopping in and having the time to do so. We ended up moving our in laws to a different city but I thought Marge went above and beyond in explaining everything about their community in a particularly professional and highly responsive way. This is a community I would definitely strongly consider for the Nashville/ Franklin Area.

I was conservator for a woman in the memory care unit at Belvedere and I can only say great things about the place. It's clean, comfortable, and most importantly the staff is fantastic and they truly care. Great communication and they went the extra mile to make sure she was taken care of.

My parent is a resident in the Assisted Living side of Belvedere Commons and I am so thankful for the staff each and every day. The peace of mind that Belvedere Commons and their staff, in particular Rhonda and Lauren, has been unmatched and I could not ask for two better people to look after my parent. They are always only a phone call or text away if we need anything and go above and beyond for the residents. This isn't just a job to Lauren and Rhonda, it is a calling, one they take very seriously and they show love and respect to the residents as if they were their own loved ones. My parent has built wonderful relationships with caregivers there and I am incredibly grateful for them as well. It's not easy when having to transfer a parent to assisted living, and if you can find a place like this that will give you peace of mind, where you know your loved one is safe and well cared for, it means everything.

My sister, unfortunately, was only able to be at Belvedere Commons for a short time. But while she was there, the caregivers, staff and everyone involved were excellent. Their communication was superb. They always let me know how my sister was doing anytime day or night. They were very efficient and very kind.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Belvedere commons has been a godsend. Not only do I know my mom is being taken care of. I know that she is safe and in a good environment surrounded by not only great staff but great people. Always great communication even down to the business office. People are wonderful there. My mother is currently in the assisted living side of Belvedere. I have been very pleased with the facility and she is happy. This place is extremely clean and DOES NOT smell. The rooms are very nice and up to date and have large bathrooms. The director, finance/office manager and director of nursing are all AWESOME!! Any time I have any concerns they listen and the residents love them. They just had the best Thanksgiving meal for the residents and their families and did a great job. All of the staff and management were there and helping set up and serve. The caregivers that I have encountered are so sweet. I honestly am so glad this is a place that we can afford. I toured some other facilities before seeing this one and left them in tears because there was no way I would leave my mom there and then found Belvedere and knew immediately this was the place. My mom has not been depressed once since being there and I can't express the peace of mind that I have when I leave there.

My mom has been a resident at this facility for a couple years now and I can truly say I have no complaints. The management team including the director of nursing, business office manager and executive director are always very attentive and helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for your loved one.

UPDATE TO THE REVIEW BELOW (NOV. 8th 2024) My father was released from Belvedere Commons at the end of October of this year. Let me say this: When a loved one is diagnosed with dementia, medical professionals develop a long term health care plan with the hopes that your loved one will improve and eventually return home to be cared for in their own surroundings. A year ago I didn't think this would be possible for my dad. I never expected him to get well---to regain control of much of his cognitive functions so that he could thrive at home with the support of a caregiver. However, that is exactly what has happened! I truly believe that during my father's stay in the Memory Care Center at Belvedere Commons my father received quality care. Lauren Morrow, the Director of Wellness was instrumental in my father receiving such a high level of care. She was always available to take our phone calls, and responded to our questions in a professional manner. I must also mention that she is quite knowledgeable and was always abreast of my father's medical condition. Lastly, I was very pleased with the staff at Belvedere Commons of Franklin, and I am grateful for the care that my father received while in their care. ONE YEAR AGO: (2023) This year our father was diagnosed with dementia. It became necessary to find a skilled nursing facility that catered to the needs of his diagnosis. During this process, our father was moved from facility to facility. Naturally, this displacement worsened his condition and the symptoms associated with the disease. It wasn't until we were referred to Belvedere Commons, specifically Margie and her team, that things began to turn around for our dad. And now that he has been living in memory care he feels respected as a valued member of the assisted living community. This move and the improved mental health of our father would not have been possible without Margie and her staff. Additionally, they guided us through the process with ease and compassion. Margie was always easily accessible to answer our questions, responding to phone calls quickly and efficiently. Her team has a commitment and devotion to care which is hard to find in the current health care system. Thank you, Margie and team for helping our family feel fully at ease with our father's new home!

We’ve been very pleased with our mom’s care at Belvedere Commons. She started out in Assisted Living but transferred to Memory Care as her dementia progressed. The staff is incredibly accessible. They listen and respond. The care givers are caring, loving and patient. We’re thankful we found Belvedere Commons.

I had a fantastic but short experience with Belvedere Commons. The staff and care givers were fantastic with my loved one. He was kept clean and comfortable the entire time he was there. We visited often and they were always supportive of his needs and comfort level!!!!

Mom is there. Daytime caregivers are awesome. Laundry always mixed up. She is clean and dressed everyday. Have activities. Not a very friendly group in office. Never have time to listen about issues we are concerned with. Very quick to raise living cost but they aren't getting anything extra for the monies we are paying there. We need our Mother treated with care compassion and love. Respect them you get respect. It's totally the living costs are taking the elderly every penny they have. If differences were better health issues cleanliness and tender loving care maybe I could see paying the monies. I'm seeing nothing for the betterment of our loved ones but price increases are happening regularly.

My wife has been in Assisted Living since early 2017. There have been a few ups and downs with the facility during that time, overall I have to say they are continuing to improve. They have replaced the old carpets with vinyl plank flooring in the main areas. They finally have several good nurses and a Director of Nursing that cares. Lauren, Jo and Marcus have been very helpful. Rhonda in finance has been helpful with several minor issues. The care givers have been friendly and have helped my wife whenever she needs or asks for assistance. I would like to name a couple but I don't want to leave anyone out so I won't add any names. One big disappointment is they no longer provide 24 hour nursing. If anyone needs meds at night or if anyone is on hospice it is pretty much left to the family to deal with it at night.

I am very pleased and speak very highly on the staff at Belvedere Commons in Franklin, TN. The staff there is always on top of things and when I call or text them with a question, they always respond in a very timely manner. They are always providing services on a daily basis for my mom and I would highly recommend this place for anyone that is in need for assisted living or memory care.

My family would like to issue a rebuttal to the review by Maria Marquez. Our loved one is in the memory care unit and has been at Belvedere Commons less than one month. During this time the administrator and all the staff have gone out of their way to take excellent care, of not only my mother, but our whole family as well. During this time, she went through a period of adjustment, and no matter how difficult she was, they still took the best care of her. I was so saddened to read the review my sister wrote, because none of it is based on facts or truth. They have an activities director, enclosed courtyard, sun room, beauty shop, pet therapy, and they also have Physical Therapy there as well, contrary to what she claimed in her review. PT is working with my mother at this time. If it weren’t for the help of Margie Watkins,, the administrator, I don’t know what we would have done during this difficult transition. In our family we have two RN’s and a practicing physician, and my mothers two brothers and two sisters, grand children and great grandchildren, and we are all very pleased with Belvedere Commons for our loved one, my mother. My 5 star rating is for the DOW (Director of Wellness), Lauren Morrow, as we ended up choosing another facility for reasons which had nothing to do with her. On the contrary, if we would have ended up there it would have been because of her. She listened and had constructive suggestions as well as an obvious heart for caring for folks in that season of life. We definitely appreciated all the help she provided and would not hesitate to recommend the services she provided.

My father lived at Belvedere for 9 months in their Memory Care facility. I would not recommend placing a loved on at Belvedere as we had too many issues with the level of care provided. Hopefully my review will help other families with their search. In spring of 2022, Belvedere Commons was purchased by Opal, prior to that it was owned by Grace Mgmt. After Opal's purchase, they cut nursing hours without formally notifying the residents and their families in writing and many of the staff and nurses have left. The management makes promises but does not follow through. My father fell during the middle of the night and no aide was given to him. He had a cut on his head and they didn't call 911 or have him sent out for evaluation. They didn't notify me. I had to take him to the ER the next morning when I arrived and found blood on his head and on the floor. No one contacted me.. There are many issues at Belvedere and the management team isn't transparent with the families.

My Mom has been at Belvedere Commons of Franklin since December 2019. Just when Covid-19 was starting. This center has had no sickness since all this started, I am very thankful for their management of the facility in keeping in mind the well being of the Residents and the sweet staff there. Even though I've not been able to visit mom, I've been able to speak with her through staff connecting us with their phone. I feel mom is safe and is being cared for at Belvedere.
