This place is poorly managed the singers that live here are living under horrible conditions first they have roaches second they have bed bugs third they have management that yells at them management that is not professional this place needs to be condemned the only thing they are concerned about is collecting the rent so my recommendation is if you have a senior and nowhere else for them to live please don't move them here this place is disgusting and I would not even give it one star please find better management get the building cleaned up stop letting it smell like marijuana and everything else this is ridiculous for senior citizen home not fit for even the roaches sad place for seniors to live

Not fit to live here invested with roaches and bed bugs and nothing is being done about it. There are elderly people here that can't do for themselves it's truly terrible if I had been told that this place was like this i would have not moved here, oh did I also mention there drugs also in the building

This place is like living in hell. For four months now I’ve had no heat no air conditioning. I will put it as issues to management. It hasn’t been fixed. I have multiple health issues and now I find bedbugs in my house and guess what management has left the building. I don’t know when she’ll be back she says the 24th of this month. On the note she put on the door have enough to do without any of this, I would say, don’t move here, no matter what.

Thinking of moving there. The saff were very helpful and the environment was friendly. Moved in January. Busy fixing my apartment to my liking. Well. It is April 2023. I moved into South Central Village Apartments and it fits my needs and wants. There are always issues with moving but I transitioned very well here. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. I enjoy being there. It has made my life better and more enjoyable after my son passed away in late 2021.
