This facility is absolutely beautiful. The staff couldn't be any sweeter and helpful. You can tell it is a wonderful environment to live in because all of the community members are very pleasant as well. My wife and I visited several CCRT'S, compared and contrasted all. We decided on Brightwater. We have now been residents for about three weeks and are completely satisfied with our choice. We found an excellent staff and management group, many social activities, and dining accommodations and service.

From our first meeting with Rene to our interactions with the rest of the staff--the manager, the chef, and Joseph, the transition specialist, we were beyond impressed. Everyone took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns. We've been amazed at how friendly and welcoming everyone has been. We look forward to many happy years at Brightwater.

I'd like to express my compliments to Mona, the hair stylist at Brightwater Retirement Home and also Val, an aide there. Both are exceptional in their caring and compassion for my sister who is a resident there. Both go above and beyond most staff that I have been associated with.
