The caregivers, med-techs and administration are all the best! Most all have been with Oakleaf for years and really care. They are compassionate, and help the family members (loved ones/caregivers) with everything from advice to sending insurance forms! My parents had stayed at Wellmore and there is no comparison when it comes to the level of care. They also conduct an alzheimer's support group which meets the first Thursday of every month which is invaluable for those whose loved ones are suffering from any type of dementia. I can't say enough good things about Oakleaf village. Even the food is good!!

We recently moved my mom from a rehabilitation facility in North Carolina to Oakleaf Village. The day she arrived every employee we encountered greeted her by name from the front desk to the dining staff. She has been engaged with activities, games, and church services here on the premises. For the first time in years I hear joy when we talk about her day! The joy brings me peace of mind. We toured a few assisted living facilities before deciding to move my mom to Oakleaf Village The cleanliness stood out to me but above all was the longevity of so many employees. In this day and age that spoke volumes. I’m grateful she’s able to live independently with the safety net of the staff at Oakleaf!

Oakleaf Village in Lexington Celebrated Spring so beautifully! Lunch was delicious, the entertainment was excellent, and the entire staff treated us all to a delightful day! Oakleaf Village Senior living is the best!

In April 2026, we moved our father into Oakleaf Village of Lexington, from an Assisted Living facility in Minnesota. We did our research which expressed this was an exceptional new home for our father. Every experience we have had since moving him in have validated we made the best choice for him - the leadership and staff are consistent, caring and committed. Thank you for providing him a loving home and us some restful days and nights.

My brother has been at Oakleaf Village for 4 months. They provide very good care for him, he enjoys being there, they provide him with all his medications each day at the time they're prescribed, they help him with his bathing and encourage activities and physical therapy. My experience with management and the staff is always been positive, encouraging and very timely in what they do. I asked my brother today if he likes being there at Oakleaf Village and he says he does and he likes the employees too. Larry Hall

My mom is in memory care. The staff is very friendly and care about the residents. I am also informed of any changes. She eats well and always has clean clothes on. I would recommend this community to anyone.

My mom is so well taken care of and we are thankful for the loving atmosphere at the facility. The staff go above and beyond for the residents and family members and the facility is always clean. The the food is delicious and the activity director and assistant really care about the well being of all. The medical staff are knowledgeable and compassionate. I would not want my mom to live anywhere else!

I have been amazed by the transformation in my sister since she moved to Oakleaf. She has improved in body, spirit and mind. The care she has received is responsible for her improvement. She is happy she made the move and it is such a relief for me to know she is being cared for by such a caring and dedicated staff. It has truly been a remarkably good situation for us and I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the decision to make the move to Oakleaf Village.

The management is Oakleaf is wonderful! No where is perfect but if there’s an issue they always address it! I feel like my grandma is having great care since being there for two months and she is enjoying the food and the activities!! Jenny, the head nurse is wonderful!

My mother has been a resident for 18 months. We have found Oakleaf to be a safe, clean and helpful place for her. The office staff, reception, nurse and aides all do their best to assist residents and families. Edit: My mother has now lived at Oakleaf for 3 Years. Since I wrote my first review, Oakleaf continues to provide excellent care for my mother. The administration is very quick to respond to questions. Everyone strives to do the best for the residents.

None of those facilities have come close to the expert care, kindness, cleanliness, medical care, and delicious food choices. Oakleaf Village is a lovely place for my Mother to live. Even though she may not always be "so lovely to live with", the staff seems to know how to handle her and give me support. I am an only child so I depend on them for advise. A big shout out to Tiffany and Chloe for doing such a great job with their patience and compassion working with her, as well as keeping her room clean!

Just moved mom in - very easy transition, staff was wonderful, accommodating, and very friendly. She's only been in a week, but loves the food, activities, and says she now feels clean for the first time in months thanks to the bathing care attendants. Very happy 🙂

We are 110% satisfied with our mother's care in Assisted Living at Oakleaf Village of Lexington. She loves it and can't wait to get back "home" to her friends and caregivers at Oakleaf when we take her out...she loves all of them! We have to make an appointment with her to come visit because she doesn't want to miss any of her activities. We are blessed to have Oakleaf taking excellent care of our mother and even more blessed that she is completely satisfied with her "home" at Oakleaf Village of Lexington.

I would give Oakleaf Village more than 5 stars if it were possible! My aunt has been a resident at Oakleaf for almost 6 years and she has always felt like it was home. The staff are WONDERFUL and caring, and I have complete peace of mind knowing that my aunt is well-cared for. On a few occasions when my aunt has had medical issues requiring hospital and rehab stays that made me wonder if she would ever be able to return to Oakleaf, the staff stepped up to make sure she had the care and encouragement to recover way beyond my expectations. I live 1000 miles away and don't get to visit as often as I would like, but I know she is happy, safe and loved. I have visited dozens of assisted living facilities in 4 different states for my parents, aunts and uncles, and in-laws and I can tell you with 100% certainty that Oakleaf is by far the absolute best.

My dad was reluctant to move out of his home but agreed due to his health. He couldn’t be any happier and wished he had moved sooner. The staff is incredible and the community is like family. When I pick him up to go out and about he’s always ready to get back before dinner to see his friends. I can’t say enough positive things about Oak Leaf.

My aunt has been a resident at Oakleaf for almost 5 months. Before she broke her hip, she lived alone. I always told her that, if the time ever came for her to need assistance, that I would find the absolute best assisted living facility available because she deserved "the best". I was looking at several facilities and Oakleaf was my first choice. When I toured Oakleaf, I didn't need to see any other facility. I knew that nowhere else would compare to Oakleaf. My aunt is very satisfied with all aspects of Oakleaf. And, I'm pleased that she is safe and well cared for now. Oakleaf gives me peace of mind and that means the world to me!!

They go out of their way to care for residents and to help families through the process of dementia. What a fun time we had at the Gal Pal event at Oakleaf! The staff at Oakleaf work so hard and for them to put together such a great event for uswell I was so impressed! Our speaker, the First Lady of the University of South Carolina, gave such a good presentation! We sat outside under a tent and enjoyed being with our mom and meeting others! Job well done!! Absolutely best senior center I've seen. Incredible staff, honestly haven't met a jerk yet. Not even one. Truly feels and looks like a 4* hotel on the inside. Very compassionate and caring about your specific needs. I'm sure everywhere can make at least one person mad, but I honestly can't say enough good things. They're taking care of my grandma, and I kinda wish I could get a room.
