As a resident for 13 years thankful for this choice. The covered walkways from the five residential buildings make easy access in all weather. None of the seven other CCRC communities we visited had such. This facilitates use to library, exercise room, and dining. Home health, social services, administration as well and brings us together. The casual and friendly atmosphere is quite evident to visitors and family. The three course evening meals are excellent. Harold Cross, MD

Having lived here for almost 10 years, I can honestly say the Staff are amazing. Extremely kind and caring. The Residents care about each other's health and well-being. The Grounds are beautiful. The Activities are plentiful, there is something for everyone. I love my life here.

Not only are the grounds beautiful being surrounded by protected forest preserves, the beach is less than a mile away! How much better can a backyard get? So much happening literally minutes from the Seabrook gates - from concerts and festivals to tiki huts and orchestras - Hilton Head truly offers it all. The Seabrook staff have a unity that just feels like home and the members and guests have truly created a community of comfort.

Family oriented retirement community. Very clean and maintained. People here are so happy to live here, personal is always willing to resolve any problem quickly, food is unbelievable and is always a get away, for restaurants, attractions, grocery stores and much much more. My mother moved to The Seabrook almost three years ago. She absolutely loves it and I am comfortable with the attention she gets here. An added bonus is the food they offer is top notch!
