I have worked with Tidepointe as a vendor for the last few months, working with the Food and Beverage team. Its such a wonderful community, everyone is so friendly and hospitable, you feel like you are part of the family immediately. The attention to detail and the planning and execution that is put into dinner and events is second to none.

My parents retired to Tide Pointe soon after it opened and lived many happy years in a cottage. Then, they moved to Broad Creek when that became necessary. I cant express how much my brother and I have been comforted knowing that our Mom and Dad are safe and happy. The staff are always helpful and kind. Most of them have worked here almost as long as my folks have lived here! Plus, the food is good and the bar is well-stocked! They have managed through the Covid pandemic with flying colors -- lots of communication and sound protective procedures for staff and residents alike.

I have been associated with the Food and Beverage Director at Tidepointe for over 11 years...I have had the honor of being part of his Wine Program and specifically his Wine Down Wednesday Events. Kevin Meredith takes so much care in planning the events and making sure every detail is covered. His wine Knowledge is so strong and vast and over the years he has become my wine Mentor. The Wine Down Wednesdays are so well attended by members wanting to learn about wine, different Wine regions and winemakers. Tidepointe has a very active wine membership and it is a joy and an honor to be able to be involved with this amazing Team.

What a lovely property in Hilton Head. Staff is attentive and engaged with all the residents. Activities and events are plentiful and well planned. Menus and food presentations are amazing with regionally sourced fresh items, comfort foods for everyones taste buds, and creativity with Dinner themed events to surprise and elate all who attend. Tidepointe gives the best a senior community can offer with all the benefits of low country beauty and island living.

I have assisted Tidepointe to provide home healthcare for some of their members when needed. I have found the Administrative staff and the nursing staff to be extremely professional and especially helpful in communicating to me what the needs are for their members. They truly care for their Vi Community! I have also had occasions to interact with other employees, cleaning staff, wait staff, etc. I am very impressed, in general, with the overall management in this wonderful community and recommend it highly to many of my clients and friends looking for a beautiful place to live. Moving here just as the pandemic started added a much greater challenge to becoming acquainted with all the wonderful activities and interactions TidePointe has to offer. Even with restrictions, the staff and executives set up exercise programs and activities that participants could do virtually, and contact was made to all on a daily basis. Wonderful meals were delivered and all services continued on with an upbeat cheery attitude by all staff, and everything was done to respond to your individual needs - if possible. I am looking forward to the games, entertainment, excursions, and special events that are being planned in the near future. In addition to all the activities, TidePointe offers beautiful grounds with scenic walking paths, lovely dining halls, library, hair salon, games rooms, beautiful swimming pool, wonderful gym with staff fully available, and a concierge service always there for you. My wife and I have lived here at TidePointe for 5 years and to us, the best part is the social aspect. People go out of their way to meet new members and help introduce them to others. One thing we noticed when we moved in is the fact that no one asks what you did. They just want to know where you are from. Sure, eventually you find out more background, but its not the main focus of a conversation. Everyone is one the same level playing field here. We wouldnt trade this place for anywhere else.
