We were in desperate need of additional caregivers for my father. We tried several companies who, within the first week, either showed up late or not at all. Thankfully I finally found and contacted Griswold! They matched my father with two perfect caregivers, Lateise and Tara. These wonderful, caring, professional ladies were such a gift to us. We were finally able to leave him without constantly worrying. They treated our Dad just like he was their own father, even calling me on days they weren't scheduled just to check on him. Sadly my Dad has passed but our family will always be so thankful to everyone at Griswold, especially to Tara and Lateise.

I have been a caregiver with Griswold Home Care of Charleston, South Carolina for more than 10 years. I must say all the ladies in this office are amazing (Francis, Rachel, Nikki, Bailey & Samantha) Years ago, When I started with Griswold there were only 2 Administrative staff. Francis Johnson was the one that hired me and put me right to work. I remember in the interview telling her that I needed to work everyday for the next 3 weeks because I needed to make enough money to get a grant funded roof on my house and the time for me to get my portion of the money was about to expire. She said it wasn't a problem and she kept her word. Within a few days, I started my first assignment which allowed me to get the funds needed to repair my roof. It was a true win for me. Not only did I get the money needed, but it also allowed Francis to see the Quality Caregiver that I was back then, and still am today. That allowed Francis to confidently place me on some of the most amazing cases that had amazing Clients. For that I am truly grateful! Over the years I have seen Francis advance from Administrative staff to District Manager and I have watched the company grow and improve on their services to their clients as well as their commitment to the Caregivers. Griswold has received rave reviews from their clients all because of changes implemented by Francis Johnson. Francis is amazing! She's professional, efficient, hard working, caring, trustworthy, a savvy marketer and wise beyond her years. She has opened up multiple offices and trained the staff to be as professional and efficient as she is. Francis has done such amazing work and through the challenges and hurdles of growing this business, she has made it all look easy. Thank you Francis for holding down the Griswold offices in Charleston (Goose Creek), Columbia, Myrtle Beach, SC and now the Keys office in Florida. I'm certain the company would not be where it is today if it hadn't been for Francis. If I could describe her in one word, that word would be Asset, because everything she touches turns to Gold! Best staff I've worked with. Everyone is very friendly and they work hard at getting you the type of case you want. They want to make sure that the client's needs are fulfilled. No one is perfect, but the truth is the truth and a lie is a lie. I've done personal extras like cooking dinner at work or asking to bring my own, so clients would have a home cooked meal and not just eating sandwiches or frozen dinners. Excuse me for my southern hospitality Not only is the staff professional but the office absolutely lets you know ALL issues concerning the clients before you even accept a case. I don't know of a case that myself or any other Caregiver would agree to go on not knowing beforehand what you're walking into. My track record speaks for itself.
