My Mom has been here for over a year now. They make me feel as if shes the only one in the building. They seem to know what to do and when to do it. They care for her like they have known her for years. Words dont describe the Director Ms. Martina. Shes firm when she needs to be and loving and caring the rest of the way. Ms. Keisha and Ms Jackie makes us feel like extended family. Everyone there treats us great so if you read this please forgive me if I dont remember everyones name...Thank you to everyone thats working there.

May 2020, this place is awful & the staff yell & pull up residents by the arm forcefully & residents are afraid if they say something they will be treated the same way! There are no quiet meals because a few of the residents who fight at every meal & the administrator does nothing to stop it! My next comment will include names of these people so this is a pre-warning to get these problems fixed before I go more public with the information I have! The Dr. there purposely over medicated a man so he walks around like a zombie since he was going in the wrong rooms. A woman steels personal items from residents rooms & staff can’t seem to keep up with her. 1/2 the patients belong in mental institutions or nursing homes but they’ll take anyone just to keep those beds full for the income they need so badly! They’re are copper pipes under the home & overflow about every month & is cleaned up by staff. They don’t even have a plumber! This place is infested with cockroaches! The brown cockroaches are so bad they crawl across your feet while using the restroom in the broad daylight! Here’s the latest: they were told they would NOT BE SERVING ANYMORE MEAT BECAUSE IT HAS BECOME TO EXPENSIVE!!!! What??? AGAIN, I SAY FIX THESE PROBLEMS OR I WILL BE CONTACTING THE PEOPLE WHO WILL HAVE THEM FIXED! NOT A THREAT BUT A PROMISE!!!

My grandfather moved in about a month ago and it was a very hard decision for my family because of the uncertainty. I am happy to say he is very happy and it's a huge relief for my family (my mom). This facility has the most caring nurses and staff who treat my grandfather with dignity and respect. I highly recommend Quality Care if you have a loved one that cannot live on their own anymore or needs a higher level of care that the family can no longer provide.

My mom is doing great here, and I like that it is a residential care with only 16 residents. mom's room is very nice, and the setup of the home is has a comfortable feeling with the dining room, TV room, and kitchen all centered in the middle. There's a nice front porch with rocking chairs where my mom likes to go and there is also a courtyard in the back. The staff is friendly and caring and they stayed in contact with me during the hurricane treat so I knew my mom was safe. I glad my mom is happy here.

They seem like they took a lot of pride in keeping the facility clean, and really worked on one on one care. That's what kind of set them apart from the other communities we looked at.

We used this facility for my loved one for a brief time, and I feel like they did a good job overall. Her health ended up taking a sudden turn for the worse and we had to move her out, but while she was here I felt like she was happier and her health was improving.
