This facility is in transition... Recently acquired by Pruitt Health the not so great reviews no longer count! If you have written it off for those reviews... Take a look and ask Ariel to show you around...they are renovating and hiring great new people!Earlier this year I visited anticipating moving my father there but he declined and wasnt appropriate for there. Fast forward a few months my step mom needed a place. It was a much easier transition because Ariel went way above and beyond! She visited my step mom, taking her coffee and building her trust. She made introductions with other residents, she helped with every step and without her we would have chosen another facility. When someone else dropped the ball she picked up the ball and followed through.Koodos to Carolina Gardens for hiring someone that has been accountable and treated our loved one as she would want to be treated!
