My mother lived at the Legacy for 8 years! She loved it. The facility was very clean and beautifully decorated for each holiday. Mom was very involved with the many activities, tours and entertainment provided by the staff at Legacy in the early years. But as her hearing and sight digressed she was not able to participate. The staff went above board to make her comfortable and feel at home. They were readily available to provide assistance and answer questions. I appreciated their provision of the med alert fob and quick response when triggered. I would highly recommend this facility.

Every visit to The Legacy you will be greeted with friendly faces and a smile! The residents are always enjoying themselves socializing or engaging in activities. The building is always well kept on the inside and out, decorated for every occasion, with an energetic atmosphere. Dee is amazing and a wealth of knowledge. She is the resident's go to for help, questions, and concerns. Rudy is always hard at work and always so thoughtful and polite! If you're looking, The Legacy should certainly be your first call!

My mother moved into The Legacy about 8 months ago. She is 87 years old and has never lived alone her entire adult life so needless to say we were extremely worried about this. My mother went straight from high school to getting married and after my dad she moved in with her twin sister for the next 30 years. When it became obvious that this was not going to be able to continue because of health issues with both we decided to move her to the Legacy. Since being there she has THRIVED! She loves participating in the many social activities, gospel hour, socializing in the dining hall, etc. She loves that there is so many activities that she can enjoy if she so chooses. The office staff is phenomenal and it gives me piece of mind knowing that they all have my mother's best interests at heart. My mother has "adopted" these ladies as one of her own. I truly believe that my mother feels at home at The Legacy and I am grateful to everyone there for this. The maintenance man is wonderful too. Anytime my mother calls for something that may have broken Mr. Rudy rushes right up to help her out!! I have made a lifelong friend in Dee and one reason is because I see how she interacts with the residents! Every employee treats these residents with such respect and is always so very helpful if they need anything! The Legacy is always clean and kept so attractive from the inside of the residence to the grounds. If you are looking for a place for you or your parents then I can assure you that you would love the legacy as my family does!!

Scheduled a visit to the legacy so that my dad could visit and help him make a decision about moving from his home of 65 years. Dee was great and gave us a wonderful tour and set it up so that we could eat lunch. The food was fabulous and all the residents that we talked to seem to really enjoy everything about the Legacy. The staff seems so friendly. We definitely will be back when he decides he is ready.

The Legacy of Anderson is a beautiful community with loving and dedicated staff, who go above and beyond for their residents . From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warmth and friendliness, from the staff and residents both. And you can often find a variety of activities taking place, to engage the seniors that reside there.

Such a pleasant staff! The community is very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. The staff was very informative and eager to answer any questions! Ask for Dee if you would like a tour! She is awesome!

I truly believe my 93 years old dad is still with us because of the excellent care and pampering he receives from the staff at The Legacy. Nathan served in the Navy during WWWII, we wanted his last years to be stress free, safe and enjoyable. When dad is no longer with us, we can rest assured that we did our best for dad. Thank you to ALL the staff at The Legacy for your excellent care of ALL your residents!!!

The staff is wonderful. They all go above and beyond expectations to ensure resident needs are met. The environment is warm and homey. Apartments are lovely and spacious. Property is well maintained and kept clean. The best part of living at Legacy is there are no specific meal times. The dining room is open all day so we can come and go at OUR convenience. Meal time is always a social experience. Love Legacy.

My mother-in-law has been living at The Legacy for three years and she has been extremely happy. Her apartment is spacious and we have decorated it beautifully for her. The facility is beautiful and homey. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and friendly, They love the residents and it shows! The dining room has a tasty, varied menu with many choices. We usually eat on Wednesdays with her and always enjoy it. They offer so many activities both on site and not only in the community, but in the upstate and trips away. The facility has several family functions throughout the year and they go all out for those. The Legacy is a wonderful, safe and fun senior living facility that we are so happy with!

My Mom has been living at The Legacy of Anderson for two years. The transition was difficult for her at first, with the help of the wonderful staff under Mandys excellent leadership Mom is now happy, and enjoys herself very much.These folks work tirelessly to accommodate many personalities very kindly. There is something for everyone at The Legacy of Anderson. The Staff is willing to try new ideas, and events for all.Our family is thankful for the security and comfort The Legacy of Anderson provides.

Moving my mama into the Legacy has bee wonderful. Having her in town and close by has given us the opportunity to be able to spend so much more time together! Having her in a safe environment with people we trust to be mindful of her well-being. She is very happy to be in a place with other active seniors while at the same time having a place that is home.
