Hand down, the best assisted living place from Greenwood, S.C. to Anderson. I can't say enough about Garden House. Kelee, April, Casey, Anne, and all employees that I don't know by name but they always smile and greet me in the halls, - YOU ARE ALL Terrific. My Dad is his old self since moving in 2 years ago. Each one of you (even the ones I can't name), have made that difference in him. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

The Garden House took very good care of my father during his stay. The staff was communicative, caring, and accommodating. The facility was well cared for, a variety of services and activities were offered, and the dining experience was well thought out.

Moving your parents from their own home to assisted living is probably never easy. There are many transitions, but the Garden House of Anderson made this necessary way of life change very smooth. My mom has been living in the Garden House for 3 years. The first year she lived in the 100 section. She was basically taking care of herself. We loved all the staff that helped her to be as independent as she could be. They were wonderful with her. After that first year she was then moved to memory care. My sister and I visited our mom everyday from the first day she moved to the Garden House. Everyday. We watched everyone that worked there and never had a complaint. When we couldnt visit because of Covid we never worried about her care. We had watched the staff at work for a year and a half. We knew how they did their jobs. We would call to check on her each day and whoever answered the phone knew what was going on with our mom. Having someone with dementia is very hard. Garden House eased our stress and worries. Our mom thinks the staff is her family. And we see them as our family. Keelee runs a tight ship. April welcomes new guests with open arms. But the staff is the Garden House.

Garden House is truly considered my Mothers home. It is such a comfort to us to see her happy and content , even with her dementia. She is so loved by all the staff that she feels like they are her family. That helped us to know she was in good hands during the quarantine. I especially appreciated that whenever I called to check on her it didnt matter who answered the phone they could tell me how she was doing and about her day. They didnt have to ask someone else. Thank you staff for all the love and care you provide for Ms. SueSue.

I worked individually with a resident while helping her make the transition from assisted to memory care. The staff treated me no different from their coworkers and they showed great compassion and care while treating their residents with dignity and respect.

One of lifes toughest decisions is deciding when and where to move a parent into assisted living. The time came for my mother to move into assisted memory care as we knew she would need special attention. Garden House has been an answer to our prayers as my mother has adapted and thrived in the environment. I have watched as the entire staff (in both Assisted Living and Memory Care) treat each resident with kindness and respect. I have been particularly impressed with Molly (Memory Care Coordinator) as she and her team have frequent activities, parties, and special outings. It has been thrilling to visit the Garden House Facebook page and see my mom smiling and enjoying the events. Plus I have been impressed with the management team. Keelee, the Garden House Director as she has addressed any concern with promptness and the administrative assistant, Ann, is always happy to help with any questions. This is truly a 5 star Assisted Living facility.

My Mom is a resident and she thoroughly enjoys it. Many activities are on the schedule, exercise classes are offered and there is weekly entertainment. There is also wine and cheese once a week with music.

I have worked there along with a few other places. Honestly they all have there short comings where they could improve but all in all The Garden House is the better out of the other places by far. Im rating them not only from a resident care standpoint but also how they treat their employees.

This place is by far the BEST assisted living in town!! The building always looks so clean and smells wonderful! The staff are very kind and compassionate and show they truly care about your loved ones. Dining services is very tasty and you never leave hungry! If you are ever looking for an assisted living facility for a loved one to live - please I highly encourage you to go check out Clearwater Springs, meet with the staff and take a tour. You won't be disappointed!!

My mother, who will be 90 this year, has been in the memory care unit at The Garden House for over a year. She always tells me what a beautiful place it is. We feel very comfortable with her care there and how much she feels at home. Though it is very sad to see your mom go through this stage of life, The Garden House gives us peace of mind knowing that she is well taken care of.

The staff at Garden House are very caring and concerned. They do a great job. Even after moving from assisted living into memory care many of the staff from assisted living go by and visit her. The memory care director Molly is exceptional and attentive. I feel my Mom is in good hands. She has been very happy there.

Casey, the Activities Director, makes my mom feel very much needed and appreciated. All the staff takes their care rolls very seriously and are kind and helpful and attentive. I feel my mother is very safe at The Garden House.
