I have been working at Riverview Ridge for almost 15 years. Some days are good and some days not so good. But we have a great team that helps us get through the bad days. Our administration staff is great, they go above and beyond to try to satisfy every staff member, and belief me that is not easy. Our residents are also great just for being themselves. I think of Riverview Ridge just not as a job but as family.

My Aunt Karen was a resident at Riverview Ridge. The biggest asset Riverview has is their employees. Everyone from the office, nurses, nurses aides, maintenance to activities and cooks, servers are gracious and attentive. They are not just polite, they make the effort to go the extra mile by learning names, tastes and likes of the guests. The food was delightful, the dietary staff was very friendly and helpful. J. This is a great company to work for. Truly the only job Ive ever worked at that I went back to. Theres glitches just like any other job, however the staff and residents are great and for the most part pleasant. Administration goes above and beyond for the residents and staff. Med techs and aides also go above and beyond for the residents and each other.

I have worked for Riverview Ridge for almost 16 years made a lot of friends and the residents are like family to me we work together some days are bad but most days are good administrative is there to talk to you if your having issues.

My mother is in Riverview Ridge. I was very impressed when I first walked in. It is clean and without odor and easy to navigate. I have eaten there several times with my mother, and the food is great. They have activities, like games and bingo. The people are terrific. Her therapist, her nurses, the manager, and the people at the dining service have been very nice. She has an adequate, semi-private room.

Mom has been at Riverview Ridge for a short time now and since moving in I can say that I am happy with the decision. The place is very clean and the staff have been nice and friendly. Mom enjoys the many activities they have for the residents and although she doesn't like the food I have not had the chance to try it myself. I can't judge the food but I can say that this is a nice place for Mom.
