Rittenhouse Village at Muhlenberg is a warm and friendly place to have your loved ones stay. My mother has been living here for 2 years and the staff does it's best to make the residence feel at home. They take the time to know the residents. We're appreciative for that.

My mother lived here for several years. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. They always acted professionally and with kindness to my mother, going above and beyond to make sure she was safe and well cared for.

Very disappointed in Rittenhouse Village. Receptionist was very nice, but when my husband died after only a few days there I didn't receive a single condolence from any staff member, in person or in writing or in a phone call. The hospice nurse was kind to me but we ran into each other randomly. He was in a wheel chair and there were no foot rests so they had to raise his legs manually to move him. Consequently he was constantly slipping down on the chair. Also, I was charged for five additional days after he died as a move out credit in order to clean out his room at a charge of $129 a day. It wasn't that clean to begin with. They told me over the phone not to come out because the coroner hadn't been there yet but no one contacted me to let me know it was my responsibility to pack up his things. All in all I'm sorry I put him there and will have to live with that regret.

I would like to Thank the Great staff at Rittenhouse for the great care they gave my Aunt June,the month she was there sadly she passed away.I never felt so safe knowing my Aunt was being taken care of.Aunt June said she felt like a Princess being waited on.I can not Single out one person to thank,So I will say in ending, if you want your loved one to feel safe Rittenhouse is the place to Go..Harry E.Braun Jr

Rittenhouse Village is a lovely community. A friend of my family lives there. She was very resistant to the move at first and probably didnt make it easy for the staff initially. But in my conversations with her lately, she said the staff is carrying, helpful and friendly. She feels safe and secure and has made friends. She isnt lonely, is safe and is glad she made the move.

Just wanted to say thank you to all of you for protecting the residents and doing an admirable job keeping them safe and keeping your staff safe! My good friend has been going through the same experience as us all but has been stressed to the max. I feel your staff has done a great job with him.I know he is difficult at times but your staff has been so patient with him and caring. I have been able to reassure him that he is truly in good hands.I have lost friends in other facilities. Another guy I ride bike with told me today his mom is in another facility on hospice with Covid. It can happen anywhere.When your staff is discouraged please know you are appreciated and loved for the work you are doing. I admire your patience and courage on a daily basis. Thank You!

My grandmother hasnt been there too long, but so far I am extremely impressed. The staff is friendly. The ED is very responsive and Trish in Admissions is great. Gabrielly and Lynette are terrific. Had my birthday dinner with my family there tonight so my grandma could attend and they rocked it. Food was good. Place looks great. Even the patients are friendly! And my grandma hasnt looked this good in months! Just want to send a thank you to everyone!

My buddy has lived alone and fought "Assisted Living" for years. A fall made the decision for him! We chose Rittenhouse, it made all the difference. He has a community of staff and peers, who have become friends. He has relaxed and improved the quality of his life dramatically.

When we toured this community it was in the middle of having a major renovation. I did not care for the floor plan at all. I found the hallways to be too narrow which would have made it harder for my parents to navigate.
