I cannot say enough about this facility and the extraordinary staff who cared for my father. He spent nearly four months in the PACU unit before he passed away, and throughout that entire time, he was treated with such compassion, dignity, and kindness. Not once did I have to worry about the care he was receiving. The staff consistently kept my family informed, communicating openly and honestly every step of the way. We were never left wondering or feeling excluded from decisions about his care. They listened to our concerns, welcomed our ideas, and always treated us with warmth and respect. During my father's final days, the hospice team went above and beyond. Their attentiveness, not only to my father but also to me and my family, meant more than words can express. They made sure he was comfortable, and they showed the same level of care and compassion toward us as we navigated an incredibly difficult time. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern shown by everyone at this facility will never be forgotten. I am deeply grateful for the comfort and support they provided during one of the hardest chapters of our lives. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone seeking exceptional care for a loved one. Truly top-notch care delivered by truly top-notch people.

Best senior living spot EVAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!! This place is a sanctuary. The new nurse is a slay and she's so on the ball it's unbelievable. What a love-bug. Can't say enough about the new nurse and the facility as a whole but mainly that nurse. Thank you!

I would use this facility again. While the facility and food are excellent, and the care was very good, especially hospice care, some of the administrative staff is impudent. Hospice staff and hospice care was beyond excellent, but the regular staff could use some improvements. In their defense, I think they are understaffed. There are a few CNAs and nurse standouts as excellent, but night staff was very lazy. The dining room and kitchen staff were Excellent and very attuned to residents food likes and dislikes, and very accommodating. The food was very good and plentiful. However, some management is NOT so great. Kevin was a nice guy, but when we needed him in our corner, it was clear he was not. He doesn't return phone calls and doesn't follow through on conversations. My dad was there 17 days only, when he passed away. Kevin said up front that some of the maintenance fee could possibly be refunded if he doesn't live there long. We found it difficult to get help from Kevin in obtaining a partial refund. Kevin blamed corporate, and corporate blamed Kevin. It took me many calls and emails to Paramount corporate offices, but they eventually did the right thing. Thank you Paramount corporate for that. Thank you Paramount South Hills staff for caring for my dad in his final days.

My grandmother lived here for about six months. She received excellent care while she was here. Before she moved here, my mother and I read countless reviews on other places and visited several. Unfortunately, the majority of places we visited were not at all nice. Paramount was a totally different experience. Everything about Paramount was top notch. The staff, care, food and general upkeep and appearance were always perfect. My grandmother was here when the COVID pandemic started and I was very impressed on the measures Paramount took. The medical care she received was great and the staff went out of their way to make her comfortable and feel at home. I highly recommend this location.

Paramount was nothing short of amazing with my dad during his 2 week stay in their skilled care facility. He had fallen at a different facility and sustained multiple fractures which made his care at Paramount especially challenging but the staff was loving, courteous and professional. If you have never seen the facility do yourself a favor and visit it as it is beautiful and very well maintained. Not only was the staff wonderful during his stay but when he left the facility they followed up to check on his condition. Unfortunately, I learned first hand how inattentive, uncaring and flat out negligent staffs can be at some facilities. With care of your loved one being priority #1, I feel VERY comfortable recommending Paramount to ANYONE who requires loving and professional care and attention. I would have rated Paramount more than 5 stars if I could.

I give Paramount Personal Care Home in Baldwin 5 Stars!! Mom loved her stay. The staff members were fantastic! They took such great care of my mom. From the time she arrived, till she left, she was treated like a queen. The food was very very good. I ate many meals with her and I was very impressed with every aspect of this facility. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for senior living, skilled nursing or for a loved one with DementiaAlzheimers.

Paramount Baldwin is a very well-managed senior living facility. From top to bottom, this place is top rate. We found the following: - The facility is very clean. - The residents rooms are well-designed and comfortable. - The staff is exceptionally helpful and caring toward all of the residents. - They have a good and varied activities program. Mother stayed in the skilled nursing side until she could go to an ICF to finish rehab. The place is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly. Every one from CNAs to the Director of Nursing was hands on as needed and even asked family members if they needed anything. Employees addressed their needs as soon as they could. From daily needs to even serving the food. I ate every meal with my mother and the food was really good, $5 for lunch and $6 for dinner. Had a great time meeting the staff and all the patients and residents on the senior living side. CNA Nellie really won me over as a fan when she would bring my drinks with my meals and knew what I drank with out asking. Meaning she even paid attention to me as a guest. Not to take away anything from the other great and nice CNAs and nurses who also cared too.

Great facility. Great caring and reliable staff. Great Catholic Mass available on Sunday and priest. A very nice bingo some days. Other activites also. A new seperate extension on the building with a physical therapy room.

I did a psych internship here, so I know it from the inside. The care is top notch. The nurses dearly love the patients. The hospice care is especially loving. Clean building, easy to talk about needs, and assistants who see patients as people, not just work.

This is a wonderful place for the elderly. Yes the parking may be tight but the people there are wonderful and very caring towards the residents. They care to them individually and are amazing with my great grandmother. It truly gives you piece of mind. I RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Paramount Baldwin has some of the most loving, caring staff I have ever encountered! So many of the staff got to know my mom personally and she always felt happy and loved! She always felt safe. They have their own hospice group there , who also were wonderful! Highly recommended.
