I had my first visit with the admissions director- Sue who was hands down one of the kindest people I have ever met! Everyone was welcoming and although they are going through renovations, the building is lovely!! I already referred my neighbors to come tour for their mom! The administrator; Annie was also amazing 🙂

My mom was a resident and although there is no perfect place the care given here was wonderful. I needed to remove my mother out of another facility and Tia and Su made it happen.. they were so proficient and thorough. They helped me with the process and had a room ready for her. Awesome care from her nurses to the aides and as well The wound team.. my mom had 4 stage 3 wounds from the previous facility on her feet and thanks to her wound nurse and doctor they are all healed!! As I said there is no perfect place but if I had to choose all over again it would be St. John Neumann! Thank you

Experience excellent care at St. John Neumann Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare. My cousin benefited from their services twice this year - first in January for rehabilitation after a fall, and later in April for skilled care with hospice. Each time, he received exceptional care from the friendly and respectful staff. Housekeeping and dietary services were top-notch, while nursing care and social workers were equally excellent. We were glad to see Father Cassavelli - always present and engaging with patients, whether outside or during mass. Our family was at ease knowing our loved one was in good hands at St. John Neumann. My mother in law had hip surgery and came came for rehab. The rehab staff were so kind worked very hard with my mom! Now she's home and performing well on her own! The staff are all hardworking and kind! Even when things were out of sorts they quickly addressed the problem and made sure it was followed up! I haven't had the best experience with healthcare facilities in the past. But when I came to St. John Neumann Center, I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was. They treated me like they were taking care of one their own family members. On top of that the facility was very clean, and that made me feel a lot more comfortable staying there as well. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable and I would 100% recommend coming here!

He was admitted to this facility with various health issues and SJN helped to restore his health with the supportive nurses and informative administrative staff. I am thrilled with the exceptional care my father-in-law received from the staff at St. John Neumann Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare. Susan, his nurse, went above and beyond to ensure he had everything he needed, and Rosemarie, Gabrielle, and Ms. Phyllis from the gift shop were also invaluable resources. Signing in and out was always a pleasant experience, and his roommate was a perfect match. The physical therapy team was incredibly patient, even when my father-in-law forgot his shoes. A special shoutout goes to Juanita, fondly known as Safire. Thank you all for your outstanding care and continued concern for his progress, even after his release. I'm giving it a 3 star place bc my brother has only been there for less than a month and everyone that I have spoken with were exceptionally nice and caring. We moved him to be closer to family bc where he was didn't even deserve one star it was a pit. He is in a clean place now and someone can go up each day since we're closer to him. There is no perfect nursing home facility in my book you just need to be aware of your loved ones surroundings and visit often. He is in better spirits here than where he was at the last place. As a family you have to be their biggest advocate when they can't be their own.
