Ive been very impressed with Pauls Runs handling of the Sars Covid19 epidemic. Absolutely stellar. Our mother is in the Personal Care unit. Weve been kept abreast every step of the way. Their responses to our individual emails (Im sure they received many), especially during the beginning of the pandemic, were cogent, knowledgeable, prompt, and understanding. What more could one ask? Terrific facility.

This may be inappropriate here but I have been looking for a resourceful investment to make, and after so many failed trials, I have been able to secure a proper investment which I have benefited from, and it would be wrong to keep it to myself while others can benefit as well. I have been able to secure a lot for myself in less than a month with the help of Mr. Zaheer Eedris. He is a stock and Forex broker. I started with a minimum investment of $500 and earned $6,500 within 7 days. Most of you might think its a joke, but this is how people miss wonderful opportunities. Our family was facing a crisis in 2016 as my Father had just had a stroke and my Mother could not keep up their house alone. I am an only child and live in California so I was moving round the clock when I got on the ground to solve their medical needs and housing. Finding Pauls Run was a godsend. From the first tour to place my Mother in independent living to eventually moving my Father into skilled nursing, the staff kept me calm and explained each detail. The admissions team in independent living as well as long-term skilled nursing even gave me their personal cell phones to answer any concerns or fears after- hours. The staff is exceptional from executives to nursing. The facility is spotless, safe and welcoming. I am constantly called with any changes in my Fathers condition with quarterly phone conferences to update his health plan. Mom passed in October after moving to skilled nursing - the hospice team and full staff was outstanding and the love they showed my Mom in her last days while keeping my Fathers emotional needs in mind was exceptional. Pauls Run team allows me able to sleep in California at night knowing Dad is surround by care and concern in Philadelphia. Is it expensive? YES Did we have to sell off all their property YES. We will be facing new steps when the cash and investments are gone but we have already started talking about the Medicaid application process with staff. Please consider Pauls Run for your family.

Lovely place, and caring friendly staff!

Great place. Honestly if I ever had to be in or put my parent in a nursing home or retirement community it would be here. Its visually beautiful on the inside but what matters most is the people who are the backbone. Hard, honest workers that really care and treat your loved ones as their own. PR always has a wide range of activities, themed days, special events for all to attend. I really enjoy working here. My residents and coworkers here feel like my second family. Im not just saying this bc Im an employee, I sincerely mean every word in this review.

We moved my mother in the beginning of March, 2016 and it was the best move we could have made! It took her a couple of weeks to acclimate to her new situation, but she couldnt be happier. There are so many activities to participate in. The staff is amazing!!! They all knew her name in the first few days. I am so happy to know that she is watched over, even though she is in independent living. The one-bedroom apartment is perfect for her. The other residents are all so friendly and welcoming. I give this place a huge thumbs up!!!

Its very quiet considering the large volume of seniors here. Ive been living here over 3ys now, I live on the 3rd floor, assessed living. I require a nurse to give me my morning, noon, dinner, and evening medications. They have aids that make my bed daily, empty any trash each shift, A housekeeper cleans my kitchen, bathroom, living room, including dusting, vacuming, each Wed. Laundry personnel pickup my used laundry Thursday morning, and return it back to me Thursday evening. My mail is delivered each afternoon . meals

My father has been a resident at Pauls Run for 1-1, 2 years now. Hes not the easiest of people to care for, but the staff has been extremely patient and accommodating of his special needs. Hes now settled and happy. During our first visit, several of the residents and families of the resident we met during our tour told us that they highly recommended Pauls Run without prompting. After several more visits since my fathers move, I can confirm that our first impressions were correct.
