I am very happy, pleased with the service provided to my aging aunt during several visits to Caring Heart Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. From the day she was admitted until today during her discharge, the staff were kind, professional, caring and attentive. I felt my love one was in very good hands.

Caring Heart is amazing. The therapists I worked with were great and got me back to my normal self. The 2M Staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Everyone I encountered was nice, professional and extremely helpful. The CNAs Ms. Sylvia and Daniel and Nurse Ebony were the best. Caring Heart really lived up to its name during my stay! Caring Heart will always be my choice going forward and I will spread the word to family and friends.

Everyone from the front desk to the nurses were all super nice and helpful ... nurse Casandra was super helpful and CNA Anne Marie was amazing ... Miss Stephanie addressed concerns of ours and handled everything very professional

Caring heart the name represents the people. There's always a smile that brightens the day even though very busy they always take their time and listen to and address your concerns. The staff are caring and helpful and the therapist are top notch. Removed one star for the food, but I understand when a facility is cooking for a building full of different people you may not like what's provided, but there's other options.

Very kind folks my anxiety would not allow me to get on elevator, the staff was so kind to escort me upstairs, and they were very friendly even when we entered the front door. The rooms can be alittle more updated but they were very kind when we visited I have no complaints. But an update of rooms and offices would help a paint job for The patients that’s coming through there that can be help with a quicker recovery, but the staff was very kind

Mostly the nurses did a good job caring for my mom, I was really disappointed that her brand new clothing was misplace and not found before she was released. I didn't like that she was set in the hallway near the nurses station alone in the day she was discharged and I came up to meet her. She wasn't cleaned till she was about to be discharged to come home. Her medication was not ready for her to take home, the Pagemaker said it would be sent over so it could go with her home. I later talked with them and was told that everything had been sent over and should have been with her when she was discharged. Also no one ever found her missing clothes which really pissed me off. The nurses and staff I (personally) met did take good care of my mom. OFTEN HAD HARD TIME REACHING ANYONE TO CHECK ON MY MOM WHEN I CALLED. I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY DUSCHARGE INFORMATION PACKET ABOUT MEDICATION, DIET RESTRICTIONS OR CARE.

I found it to be a good experience. My brother is well taken care for. The new housekeeping person Eric did a fantastic job in cleaning the unit. It was a fresh clean smell and the odor of urine was not there. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The person at the front desk as you enter was nice cooperative and perfessional. Caring hearts rate a 5 star from me.

The care that my family received was okay. Some of the staff were caring but I believe that was only while I was there. A few of the staff were very good but some acted as if they didn’t have time to care for you. When you hit the call bell for help they hear it but there is no response. I would have to help. I would not recommend.

My brother has been a patient at Caring Heart for many years. I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about this facility. The nursing care has been wonderful. The nursing staff is attentive, patient, caring and KIND! The administration has always been helpful. The Dietary Department goes to great efforts to manage my brothers significant dietary issues and I continue to be impressed with the medical management by his attending physician and the nursing staff when emergencies arise.
