As an Employee: The employer made me sign over my Jury duty check. (I questioned the head of HR) Yes, they paid my time off work, but wanted the $8 I got each of 3 days. They failed to reimburse me for the rest of the signed over check for travel and unpaid days. Great lack of oversight
