Just found out they are now under new management for the 2nd time this year. When we toured the home at the end of 2023, there was something quaint and special about being a small, locally managed facility. Not the case. One headache after another with this place. Constant revolving door with staff, from the top to the bottom. We never know who is going to be on the floor, answering the phone, or running the place. Many unkept promises and very little transparent communication. Do better!

I recently visited Palmyra Senior Living and was very impressed. The staff were so kind to me, and answered all of my questions about a possible move. The residents were playing bingo while I was there and everyone looked very happy and well taken care of. I will definitely be back!

Palmyra Senior Living is a breath of fresh air for me & my mom who is a resident. The staff is amazing!! Aaron is wonderful & his mission for his staff is amazing. Karley brings excitement each day with her activities & getting residents involved. Christine's ability to keep you informed of your love one is top notch. Kevin helping with transportation to appointments has been a lifesaver. My mom is happy, well taken care of & loves the staff like her own family. The facility is super clean and well kept. When i visit my relative there the staff greats me with such warm welcomes every time. Everything about the place is fantastic. Sending a family member away can be difficult but I can assure you this is the place to be!!

The facility has come together under Jordan, Dana, Kevin, Torey and their crew. I am very please with the condition of the building and the care being given the residents. It has come a long way in the past 6 months. If you want to see the difference a little local facility can offer go and visit. It is not a chain and came through COVID with no negative outcomes. Couldn't be more pleased with the progress here.

We couldn't be more happy with the job Jordan, Dana and their staff have done in the previous 6 months. The facility is absolutely immaculate. It is very nice to have two seasoned pros in this building in management. Dana is an LPN that provides great experience and oversight after a whole career in this field. This little facility has put it all together. If you want to see a great little place please go and tour. You won't be disappointed.

This is a wonderful little facility that I have consulted for. The new administrator Jordan is wonderful and has made some great changes a the facility. They also recently hired a new LPN to direct resident care who has had a full career in personal care. If you need care, these folks are the best at providing it.
