Our dad and father in law has been a resident at Scenic View Personal Care for some time now because of not being able to be adequately cared for at home and having to have someone with him at all times due to dementia. Scenic View was found, after researching a number of facilities, because of its reasonable cost. After his being there a short time we found the staff and especially the owner to be extraordinarily caring and attentive to his needs. Every time we would mention a concern to the staff they attended to it immediately. Staff is wonderful and caring. The room my dad is in is very adequately large with a bathroom, closet, large window and even television. He can walk around the facility and even walk outside as long a staff member is with him because of his condition. He has well proportioned and nutritious meals and even a reserved seat at the dining table in what we call the community room.. We know the staff by name and they know my dads name. Overall we could not have found a better more appropriate place for him to live and be taken care of, we are extremely happy with our choice. THANK YOU!! SCENIC VIEW PERSONAL CARE

Scenic view is one of the best personal care homes I have ever seen and experienced! My sister is there and I am beyond happy with how they take care of her! The owner Melissa goes above and beyond for each and every resident there. Her staff is caring, kind, and loving. This is truly the best!! You will never regret sending a family here. She makes sure to do whatever she can to ensure the best care for her residents! I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I have never worked for a job like this before. This is my first time experience, and I could not ask for a better job.. I have heard about jobs like this in the past, but for my own eyes, how I see how Melissa takes care of all her residents and her staff. Scenic view, personal care is an amazing place to work and the great experience that you get to learn the great Bond that you end up having with everybody and watching the residence, all be taken care of and the big smiles on their face specially, when it's polka day and they all are out there Singing and moving their hands to Can the polka music by far this is an amazing place, and I am glad to be part of the team and share the experience with everyone absolutely love my job and love my job. I highly recommend scenic view personal care for everybody

This has been the best personal care home that i have worked at, its so laid back and super easy to get comfortable with being a new hire the owner melissa is the most sweetest, caring and down to earth person ive ever met she really cares about all her residents and always makes sure they all are being taken care of the best way possible and the poeple you work with are all amazing and so easy to just get along with and make you feel like family! i reccomend scenic view personal care as a number 1 facility around the area because when you walk through the doors its set up with cute decorations and its very nice inside and everyone makes you feel like your right at home with your second family everyone is truly amazing here!!

Scenic view and the owners both go above and beyond to provide the best care to their residents. Each and every resident is considered a member of the family and the level of care provided I've witnessed here makes this a wonderful and loving place to have your loved ones. Melissa the owner is always available when you need her to answer any questions and ensures each of the residents needs are met. She truly does care about each and every individual. The home is also very clean and beautiful.

Wow! I cannot say enough nice things about this facility. I went numerous times to visit my Aunt Sue. The owners care about their residents and employees. They treat everyone like family and the owner goes beyond to make sure everyone is well taken care of.. The facility is clean and decorated so cute always for the residents.

Scenic View is a small assisted living facility in the Poconos that truly treats its residents like family. My grandmother was a resident there about a year and a half before she passed away, and they took excellent care of her. She didn't just make friends there during her time there. She made family. They kept in touch with my parents constantly giving them updates as regarding her good and bad days, and they did everything that they could to put a smile on her face. They also have a cat that resides at the facility to help keep the residents company. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming place for anyone looking for an assisted living facility near the Poconos.

I would definitely recommend Scenic View Personal Care as wonderful personal care facility. The owner, Melissa is a very caring and compassionate person which carries over to all the staff. When looking for a place for my mother-in-law, we walked in and felt right at home. We knew this was the place and our feelings were proven correct. +

Scenic View Personal Care is a beautiful facility hidden in a great setting. It was a God send for my aunt. She loves everything about it from the great staff and all the wonderful girls that treat her like she is their own aunt. The food and meals are perfect for her and she loves them. Melissa is such a caring person and has picked a superb staff of girls to administor the quality of care that cant be beat. She now refers to scenic view as home.

My dad has been At Scenic View for about 3 months and I couldn't be happier. An abundant amount of anxiety went into having to put our father in a home and the moment I walked into SV I knew it was the place for him. He is so content here and so unbelievably well taken care of, I mean full on paid attention to. He loves the food, the staff, the owners and the view. After being there a few weeks I asked him how he liked it, his exact words where, "It's (f...explicit) Great! Its like a resort." My father isn't always the easiest to please and was NOT about going into a home, but he transitioned here with contentment, ease and fully comfortable quite quickly. The way SV handled Covid is impressive. Not only just being diligent about the safety of its residents and for me, just as important, allowing as much communication with your loved one as possible. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT SV FROM MY WHOLE HEART!

This is by far the best place I have EVER worked! I have never done this type of work but the second I stepped foot into the facility I fell in love. I have finally found what my calling is. The bond I have built with the residents and the owners is unbreakable! I love what I do and it is such a rewarding job becoming "family" with everyone I care for. When a resident tells you you are doing good or that they can tell I love what I do it really makes you feel good inside. I recently had a co-worker also tell me I am good at what I am doing, made me feel really good. When this is noticed I know I am doing something right and I had a wonderful mentor, Melissa, help me to exceed in my position. If I ever need to place a loved one in this type of facility, I wouldn't hesitate to place them at Scenic View knowing that the care all around is top notch and the owners are phenomenal. I couldn't ask for a better place to work!

The nicest, cleanest, facility - surrounded with breath taking peaceful country views - with the most caring owners and staff that we have ever come across in our three and a half year journey of needing a personal care facility's help. Trust me when I say that because I have been inside of or toured at least 27 different facilities in that time! None have even come close to the level of care and compassion we found at Scenic View! It's the first time in three and a half years I feel like I don't have to worry when I leave because I'm at peace knowing he's well cared for! The bonus is he's happier then I've seen him in a long time, despite his current disability! Which says more to me than anything else could!

I placed my mom when the facility opened and to say that Melissa treats the residents like family is an understatement! She treats my mom like she is her own mom! The facility and Melissa could not have come at a better time!!! I am a healthcare worker myself and I work 12 hour full time night shift! I could never have provided the round the clock care she receives! If your loved ones need better care than you can provide for them, then call for your placement before it is too late! Love you and your staff Melissa!!!!
