Since my Dad came to Pond View he has become more responsive and overall more healthy. The staff is caring, the food great, and the owner Regina, is so willing to help in any way to make the family and residents transition easily into their new home. I am very grateful my Dad is in such a safe and caring environment!

I wanted to find a place for my mom that was more like a home, and close to my home. I fell in love with Pond View Manor for so many reasons. The owner is awesome, she is down to earth, caring, kind and very understanding and very experienced. Fell in love with her the day i met her. She keeps me posted and sends me pictures. Which helped with the transition to make it an easy one for my MOM and ME !! The staff are profesional, caring, loving, and treat all the clients like family. My mom loves it there. The food is homemade and delicious. The place is very clean and so are the clients. I have tried other places like Liza's House who didn't bath her or change her clothes in over a weeks time. Pond View in my mind is the only place i trust. I would highly recommend this place !!!!

Love being here. Just a big family. People are great and the manor is beautiful. Lovely surroundings and gorgeous outside views.

Only has 8 residents. It actually is a house. Very nice, homey, comfortable. Home cooked meals and baked goods. Actually even have their own garden and use vegetables etc from it.It is very clean. The only downfall is the steps. Rooms are nice and spacious. Each room has its own balcony. Alarms on the doors also.Veterans benefits.
