We found this lovely home for my mother just a few weeks ago. We had the lowest expectations, no knowledge or experience in assisted living. Noreen immediately made us feel at ease and comfortable in our decision. My mom hasn’t moved in yet, but so far the process couldn’t have been better. I am excited for her to start her new chapter here. The facility is gorgeous and everyone we have met has been so friendly and fun. To me, the best thing was when anyone met my mom, they spoke to her with respect and treated her like an adult, not a child, which had been our experience in the past.

The staff there is the best. They are so kind towards my mother. They take the time to listen and speak with her. They never push her aside. They, the staff is also so helpful to us, the family. The facility is clean and well maintained. Plus safe. They monitor the room with new technology which is awesome. You could not ask for a better place to put your loved ones.

My Mom only ended up here for a Month , but I can't say enough, that they made this difficult time very easy and everyone from the Office Staff , to Nurses , to Maintenance , cooks , cleaning ect. All where very welcoming and helpful. If my mom ever ends up in this situation of needing Assistance again , no thinking involved we definitely go back!! This facility is amazing. The staff is so compassionate. The facilities are clean, warm and inviting. Visiting there feels like I’m going to visit my grandma’s own home. The residents appear to be very happy, and are well cared for. I would feel very confident that my family members are in good hands. I would highly recommend it.

We just found this facility for my mother several days ago after searching one dilapidated, grungy Nursing Home after another. After an unexpected hospitalization we had a situation requiring we move quickly to get Mom into an appropriate environment. We cold called from Google, The staff was very supportive, knowledgeable, responsive (huge thanks for that) and helped us get through the paperwork and the application process quickly. The facility is very clean, fresh smelling and cheerful. The patients we have met are happy cheerful people who have all been thoughtful and kind. If you are looking for an assisted living facility that treats your family with dignity, is upscale, affordable and comfortable, I highly encourage you to visit The Addison of Garden Way.

Highly recommend the addison at Garden way. Staff from all areas are extremely kind, and compassionate. Common areas are always kept clean. The kitchen staff prepares Excellent meals on a daily basis. Value for your money cannot be beat. Activities department knows how to get you involved without feeling pressured. Broad range of activities from crafts, bands, happy hours, bible study and brain games. The move here has been completely life changing.

I've toured several facilities in the area and none of them were as nice, clean, and caring as Garden Way. They go out of their way to engage the residents in various activities. The staff takes the time to learn what each resident likes to do. The doctor comes right to the facility, as does the physical therapist and other medical personnel. The residents are encouraged to set up their rooms as if they're in their own homes. Meals, medical care, laundry, and housekeeping are all provided - a blessing if other family members live at a distance. I would gladly recommend Garden Way to anyone looking for assisted living in this area.

Very nice place for seniors that want an apartment living with meals, medical and room services provided. The staff is very friendly and provide daily activities for those who like to keep busy. Very reasonably priced as compared to other facilities in the area. Doctor check-up's are completed in the patient's room and 24/7 nursing services are always available for emergencies. Families are always welcomed to visit. This is a place you you should check out for a senior living center.

I feel that the staff overall has been wonderful and patient with my brother who is currently living there. Noreen and Jessica have been helpful in addressing his needs and concerns. Mike, the handyman, is always helpful when needed. Mahlin comes in to encourage him to join in activities and the staff tries to make sure he comes down to meals. The food seems good and well balanced. I am very happy that we chose this facility!

Anne, Noreen, JoJo, and Jessica are a first rate Admin team. Mike, MaLou, Gigi, Lori, and Devi are part of a tremendous support staff and are willing to go above and beyond for your loved one. I'm on a first name basis with nearly all the staff and many many residents. If you are looking for a home away from home, look no further. Garden Way is a small, personal, devoted community that our family has grown to love and appreciate beyond words. My parents are residents at The Addison of Garden Way Place. This facility is a gem tucked away in Hermitage. The staff are professional, genuinely caring and compassionate to the residents. They are also helpful and pleasant to the family members and answer all questions, while keeping us informed of any issues. The facility is clean and well maintained. They have activities and outings for the residents. The room/board/care costs are very reasonable. This is an Assisted Living Facility and not a Skilled Care/Memory Care Facility, so that distinction must be kept in mind when considering elderly care facilities. I highly recommend The Addison of Garden Way Place.

My Mother lived here for over 5 years before she passed away. It was a good experience and she felt very comfortable there. The staff was very compassionate. The nurse on staff, Jamie, was outstanding. Brandon, the current administrator, was very kind and easy to work with. They were pretty rigid on their level of care costs and the price increased yearly. I would recommend it to anyone.

My husband was a resident at Garden Way for 2.5 years. Over that time I got to know the entire staff at this assisted living facility. Each staff member and support staff member I highly recommend. Within the 2.5 years I had only 2 issues - both were handled and settled to my satisfaction within the hour. Each aide and med tech cared for my husband with the same compassion as they would their own family. I never had one day of questioning my decision of choosing Garden Way. The everyday activities brings everyone together, just as the meal times do. Garden Way was truly my extended family. And HIGHLY recommended.
