My family has been here recently and in 2023, both times was great. Staff was helpful, kind and friendly. They always have fun stuff for the patients and staff, my favorite part of visiting was hearing the laughter in he hallways. Everyone I have talked to always answered my questions and addressed any concerns immediately. Facility is clean, and patients look happy. Good job! It’s come a long way

I recently had a family member stay in this facility. At first we were nervous because of the nursing home stigma but let me tell you, they went above and beyond. He got the best care. All of our questions were answered, call bell answered quickly. Everyone went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. I give them all a 10/10. There has been so many great changes over the last couple years. We would definitely recommend to family and friends

As someone who has had the opportunity to be in many geriatric facilities, both professionally and personally, I can't say enough good about this place. Often times it feels as though the staff in nursing homes are only employed there in order to make a paycheck, and nothing could be further from the truth at this facility. The hearts of the staff can be felt in every aspect of this place and I can only hope that I get to spend my golden years somewhere like this.

The therapy team and nursing team ARE AMAZING!!!!! They took incredible care of me after my surgery. They made the entire experience as pleasant as it possibly could be.

I never thought I would need to go to a nursing home to get my strength back after an illness, but I’m sure glad I went to Embassy. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and make my stay comfortable. The rehab staff was top notch and got me back to where I needed to be quickly. Embassy was a life changer for me.

My mother was there only for a short time but the staff went out of there way to make sure she was well cared for and did everything they could to make her feel comfortable.The staff is very kind and patient not only to the patients but to each other as well I noticed good team work between staff members.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and caring to the patients and families. The facility was very clean, I noticed the house keepers on every floor making sure the rooms and hallways were clean and sanitized. I was very impressed with the dining area also, there are flowers on each table and I thought that was a very nice touch. The food coming out of the kitchen looked hot and fresh. I also liked seeing the outside area for residents to get some fresh air and enjoy the nice weather.

My mom was here for quite some time, not by my choice. The rooms and bathrooms are beyond dirty. Bathroom always had soiled adult diapers overflowing the trash recepticals, the toilets had excrement on the seat a lot of the time. Sink was always dirty. There cobwebs, and dust, dirt on floors and surfaces. There were fruit flies(?) buzzing around the room. Sometimes the smell was overwhelming and our family kept air fresheners in the room just to mask the smell so we could visit. The food was not appealing. The cooks should be embarrassed to serve most of the meals to the residents. A lot of lunch meat sandwiches, chicken patties and other pre-made foods. On a plus side, the nursing staff were mostly nice and seemed to care for the residents. I felt that the residents were not bathed often enough, however. Especially during covid.

The difficult decision to this transition to a nursing home was made easy with much kindness and true caring from the staff. Chad in admissions was especially helpful and answered our many questions and concerns. After much research it was apparent that Nugent's and the Embassy Corporation's COVID policy was one of the best in the area.
