As a newbie here I'm very impressed with the facility all the staff from top to bottom and especially the staff ok the floor who assists me with everything I need to do. My right arm is out of business for a while. They are teaching me and helping me do things on my own with little or no assistance. The food is good I enjoy the meals.Therpaists and docors are very kind and very generous with their time to get acclimated.

This skilled nursing facility provides excellent care in a warm, welcoming environment. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with a friendly face and a genuine smile. The administrator, Daniel, is an incredible advocate for both the patients and his team. Since he started, there have been remarkable improvements in the quality of care and services being provided. He is always visible and engaged”I’m in the building twice a week and see him every time. Kelly and Courtney are outstanding social workers”kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. Jordan is amazing with Medicaid applications and does a fantastic job helping patients and families understand how care is being covered. Emily, the assistant DON, is incredibly knowledgeable, always helpful, and never hesitates to jump in and assist wherever needed. The renovations are beautiful and truly enhance the overall experience. I can’t wait to see what the end result will look like!

Our experience here was that the staff was very helpful considerate work with my wife when she wasn’t totally up to a lot of different tests that she had to do and made concessions to return so she could improve so I could take her home think very highly of the staff

Everybody treats you very well. I love how people are concerned about you and want to help you. Everything is clean here. I’ve never seen a bug here. I’d recommend this facility to everyone.

Wonderful facility with great RN’s, CNA’s, physical and occupational therapists and social workers. Special emphasis on giving their temporary rehab patients plenty of physical therapy to ensure quick discharges to home. The social workers are also readily accessible and very helpful in arranging for additional home nursing care. Daniel, the administrator is awesome, easily accessible to patients families and he readily facilitates with his excellent team the resolution of any issues or the successful completion of any additional requirements. Kudos to Daniel, Biana, Galina, Kelly, Courtney and the rest of the rehab center team!

At night the nurses on the night shift don't like to answer to the their patient's call bells. I have been on the phone with my mom at night and she's had to wait over an hour for a nurse to come answer the call bell. They can be short staffed as well and that definitely doesn't help, it's just adds to the problems that they already have at night with nighttime staff.

Our Dad have a very positive experience at WGPA Oct/Nov 2025. Communication was excellent with Alisha who obtained the bed availability, Courtney who coordinated the stay and discharge. CNAs Gina and Andr©, Nurse Galina, and Environmental Services Oksana and so many others were so kind to our Dad. The staff keep patients interactive and very engaged. They are respectful to the patient's and meet them where they are in their cognitive abilities. Our Dad loved the food at WGPA. It was always hot and tasted fresh. Kudos on a job well done. Don't hesitate to send your loved one there.

Top rate experience and remarkable rehabilitation department. From a warm welcome in the lobby to helpful staff, we were all impressed. A staff member, Jamal, noted that we were a bit lost and personally escorted us on the elevator and directly to our destination. Exemplary customer service!
