My time here at Accelerate Willow Grove was one filled with great growth. The care of Galina Kifyak, Nadeen Harrison ,Gina Cesaire , Emily Stercula were above and beyond and made me push myself to my full potential to be able to return to home at discharge. Megan and Christine from Physical therapy were great working on building my strength back up from my stay in the hospital. Kelly Robbins was fantastic walking my family through the discharge process and making sure I had everything I needed at home. The whole Accelerate team is one I will never forget and can not thank enough to get me home safely.

The people who run dietary must be mentally challenged, as they apparently can't read a food order. I had to have the nurses Xerox my menus to prove what I ordered, because my food orders were always wrong. When they screw up, they don't answer their phone. They screwed up my meal orders 99% of the time, and I had to DoorDash 3x because I got no meal at all! The therapists were wonderful. I had a doctor's appointment at a medical arts building at Doylestown Hospital. Two different medical transports came to pick me up, and they were not aware that I had already been picked up (they thought that a friend took me, which he didn't). I got to the doctor's office and my driver left, never to be seen again. I was told that ACCELerate called the doctor's office twice to ask how I got there. I tried for over a half hour to call ACCELerate on both the main phone number and the admissions phone number, with no answer from either. No ambulance service came for me, either. Fortunately, I had driven to that hospital. Due to the length of my absence in the hospital and ACCELerate, I had to solicit a jump start from someone in the parking lot. When I got back, I was accused by the unit director of intentionally ditching the ambulance to bring my car back, and she gave me the third degree. I had to show her my call logs as well as a text to a friend that said, "Fortunately, my car is here if I have to use it." Even after finally being able to reach ACCELerate, and informing them that I was in Willow Grove, they had just sent another ambulance for me anyway! I am awaiting release right now (9/22/24). The nurse practitioner said that I wouldn't be released until 9/23. It's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Most of the nursing staff didn't know how to hook up an IV to a midline. The shining star in the nursing unit is Lilly. She's great!

Everyone here has been awesome. My dad came here after a fall and a hip replacement. The people here couldn't be nicer. The nurses to the people bringing his food to the P/T people. Highly recommend here if you are in need of rehab. Id give more than 5 star if possible .

I would like to thank everyone at accelerate rehab. From day one of the first phone call. All the help all the care and all the information that was given to help me with my mom. Thank you for all the genuine concerns that I had from were she had came from. You made my mom and my family feel like she was at home as well as all the rehab to help get her back to where she was before. Please everyone from management ,the doctors nursing and the cooks pt/ot and anyone else I may forgotten. Please don't change the smiles and wonderful care that you'll have given my momand the other residents that we've came encounter with .

When I think of anything remotely connected to a nursing home, I immediately get nervous. My mother took ill quickly and after leaving the hospital needed rehab for physical, occupational and speech therapies. I looked at three different facilities and I'll be honest Accelerate was not my first choice. The building grounds were clean and well kept. There was sufficient parking for staff & guests. This is a two floor facility. My mother's room was on the first floor. It included the following; hospital bed, flat screen tv surrounded by a full wall built-in storage unit and a large private bathroom with a wheelchair accessible shower. Rooms were clean and maintained well daily by housekeeping. A few deltas; low water pressure in bathrooms and meals were not the best. Pros; cleanliness and staff attention. If you are considering care for your loved ones, look into Accelerate in Hatboro (Willow Grove).

In visiting a friend in rehab I was so impressed with the nurse who cared for her and visited with her. Thanks for the pleasant atmosphere, the good physical therapy she is receiving. The dinner served with a smile promptly at 5pm a delightful slice of pizza. Thanks for a job well done!

ACCEELerate Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is the absolute best care and rehab facility out there. The entire staff is beyond amazing. They all care so incredibly much about the care their patients receive. My father is there and he is in a very nice room with 2 windows. My father is getting the best care out there at ACCELerate. The facility is beautiful and clean. The facility always shows nicely and has the most pleasant atmosphere. This place truly takes pride in everything they do. I am so grateful for every person working there. I am at such peace while he is there because I know he is with the absolute best.

Had a wonderful visit today. I was able to bring my loved ones little dog to visit. It made a huge difference in her mental outlook. While sitting outside we were greeted by a staff member by the name of Erin. She was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Really enjoyed talking to her!
