Wonderful place for seniors with lots of amenities and activities. Monthly rent is all inclusive for utilities. Cable isn't included. Only$30. It has a swimming pool, billiard room, and movie theater. There's a chapel and party room too.

First GDFarms is independent living and does not offer a meal plan. It depends on residents to volunteer to provide amenities. All Staff VERY NICE but administrative staff is inept - maybe overwhelmed- possibly just spoiled. The Park next door is Assisted Living and offers meals. At greater cost.

My Grandmom lives there. Its a beautiful place and my Grandmom is happy there so thats what matters.

My aunt has lived here for many years. What a beautiful place and she loves it there. She turned 90 this past Saturday and I dropped her birthday cards and gifts off to her. Love her nephew, Glenn Harvey

My mom loves it here

Great place. My grandma spend a the last 15 years of her life here, and they do a great job. They take good care of their inmates, and are careful not to be too controlling like Ive seen other elder-care places fall into.Grandma was happy here, and Id like to thank the staff for their hands-off approach.

Its a great place to live the people are very nice they make you feel welcomes it like your own home they have activities the Apartments are very spacious l live there and l love it you make friends and there like family the pool is heat nice game room.
