All the people, residents and employees, could not be friendlier or more helpful. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are welcome and have everything you need. My siblings and I tried for about 2 years to get our mom to move out of her home which was no longer safe. We looked at several options but none fit the bill. Our 92yo mom is stubborn. She agreed to check out Wesley Enhanced in Horsham but wasn't optimistic. We met with Jackie who took us on a tour and explained alot about the safety, the programs, the bus to stores, the dining and when mom saw the bright, clean modern apartment she decided then and there this would be home. I am happy to report she is comfortable and happy in her new place. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. I have recommended to more than 2 of my friend's mom's.

I toured Wesley on Monday with my mother. We were very impressed. Great facility that obviously cares for its residents. What staff we engaged with were personable and what residents we saw looked very comfortable. Jackie was perfect as a host and tour guide. A very pleasing experience all the way around. Kudos!

Wesley in Upper Moreland is now the home of both my grandmoms. My dad’s siblings first moved my grandmom into Personal Care in September 2022 and now in March 2023 we moved my mom’s mom from Florida into Independent Living. The transition for both has been so smooth. Jackie was so helpful and couldn’t have made it any easier for our families. The community at Wesley is very welcoming and I’m happy to know that both my grandmoms are in a great place!!

At age 99 we recently moved mom into Wesley Upper Moreland. The transition was a bit difficult but after six months she has dinner with two groups, has gone on van trips, enjoys various game get togethers and church services. She enjoys the bistro (as do we)! The staff and residents could not be better, the common areas are simply beautiful and inviting. We are just thrilled that we made the move and she has so many opportunities that she did not have living alone.

We were recently taken on a scheduled tour of Wesley Enhanced Living in Upper Morland, Pa. by Jackie Eldred. Ms. Eldred walked us through each area of this beautiful, recently renovated facility. The tour was conducted at a unhurried pace during which we were provided with comprehensive information regarding independent and assisted living, apartment and cottage options, dining, recreational/social activities, and all available services and amenities. The grounds, landscaping and walking paths have the appearance of a small, beautifully maintained neighborhood. This, in combination with all that is offered in the lovely interior, put WEL high on our list of future living accomodations.

I looked at many different places before deciding on Wesley and the decision was easy in the end. My apartment is beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff work very hard to make sure my requests are answered quickly and efficiently. My Parents moved into Wesley Oct 2017. It was fine then. My Mom passed in Oct 2018 and my Dad has been there by himself since. Seems things have gone downhill. Food is only okay. Activities like trivia started out good, but now are half-assed. Residents don't get a say in movies that are shown. They have karaoke, but there is no effort put into it - my Dad has volunteered to find karaoke tracks ion Youtube, but no one listens. He's not alone in this. other residents say there is nothing to do, they feel as if they have no voice and no one cares. they still don't have the 12 person van to take people off site. No day trips to Fonthill or other places that were promised when my parents moved in. you can't walk to anything from here - at least not for most of the residents. Oh, and there are no programs at all on weekends. Look elsewhere for retirement communities.

Our family has spent the summer readying our parents to move into Wesley. From the first visit through to their recent move-in, we have been so impressed by WEL Upper Moreland. The apartments and facilities are modern, clean and accessible. There are plenty of activities and services onsite. And the staff has been super helpful answering questions, making sure the apartment selected was the best match, and even going above and beyond with assisting with notarizing documents. As they get settled in, the entire family feels confident we made a great choice for mom and dad.

My grandmother had been living at Wesley in an Independent Living apartment for several years and absolutely loved it there. But a few months ago she had a bad fall and had to move into Assisted Living at the same complex. Her son, my father, passed away around the same time, leaving me to take care of her, but Jackie, Sis, and Beth and the rest of the staff there were so patient and compassionate as I tried to get my grandmother moved and settled into her new place. Not only did several of them help her pack, they were there for every question and concern I had about my grandmother's care. Despite dealing with our family's loss at the same time, the transition to Assisted Living was seamless. I feel very at ease knowing my grandmother is in good hands there, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I toured this facility and found it to be a top notch caring place. The apartments were very efficient with space conscious. Washer and dryer in each apartment with the capability of using a laundry room at no charge I might add. The hallways and group areas were very clean and updated on a regular basis. I also found it to be more affordable than other CCRC facilities. The activity calendar was full of events for all level of interests.I think the location is quite good. Near shopping and grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. The staff seems to know all the residents by name. I was very impressed with the whole organization.

My wife and I are interested in a continuing care retirement community with independent cottages as our initial entrance into the community. We were pleasantly surprised at the offering at the Wesley Enhanced Community in Upper Moreland. Our introduction into the Wesley community was handled by Jackie Eldred, Sales Manager for the facility. We had a wonderful tour of the cottage area including a detailed walk through of one of the 38 cottages. We discussed potential options and upgrades to the cottage upon moving in and also were given a listing of resident activities to take with us and review at our leisure. While at the main facility housing over 140 apartments and personal care units, we were also shown the main community areas where we saw residents first hand; fully engaged in activities and enjoying the day! Newly renovated areas such as the bistro, dining rooms, and main community areas left little doubt that the facility is well maintained and provides a pleasant environment for the residents to enjoy. A strong take-away from our point of view is that the Wesley Team want to partner with the family to provide the right service to residents as they age in their retirement. I must admit that I had driven past this community in the past without really knowing what was behind the trees and now I know that there is a warm and welcoming community dedicated to the continuing needs of their residents at Wesley Enhanced Living, Upper Moreland!

We are very impressed with Wesley! The apartments in the independent living quarters are just lovely. Wesley offers so much for seniors. The staff is very enthusiastic and involved. They really seem to take a personal interest in their residents and they want them to be happy. I feel a real sense of community here. And Jackie is a wonderful face for Wesley. She has been very supportive and walks with you through the process.

Our family cant say enough good things about Wesley Enhanced Living. My mom and Dad needing to move, we went everywhere in a 10 mile radius so that we could be close to them. Most of the places were either over priced or just plain horrible. We called Jacquie eat Wesley and she met with us the next day! It is a beautiful space with lots of light and the staff and residents are so friendly! To top the excellent experience my parents moved in in March 2020, yes during COVID, Wesley was so careful and well prepared. My parents of course had to be quarantined, but they never felt like it the staff took care of everything from bringing them their delicious meals everyday to even taking out their trash. My parents have now been at Wesley Willow Grove-Hatboro for 6 months now, the community is still COVID free and my parents have never looked better. They are so happy and finally relaxed. Their long time neighbor from the house even moved into Wesley as well and is loving it. Thank you Wesley for all you do!

After looking into several retirement communities for my mother we are so happy with her choice to move to Wesley Enhanced Living. I am so thankful that she has been able to make a smooth transition from the home she lived in for 56 years to Wesley Enhanced Living Upper Moreland. From the day we first met with Jackie, Sales Manager, we knew that this was going to be the best place for my mother to start the next chapter of her life in a beautiful cottage. The cottage life has allowed my mother to maintain her independence and stay safe and healthy during Covid-19. She has told me on several occasions how helpful, caring and thoughtful ALL of the staff have been. She also has been able to develop new friendships. You can never have too many friends and the residents and staff at Wesley are certainly very welcoming.

Wesley is elegant and very clean. The lobby area is sunny and bright, it invites you to come and sit for a while. The fireplace is a cozy addition. Wesley Upper Moreland is a very nice place. The staff are friendly and attentive. They offered one and two-bedroom units. Each apartment has its own washer dryer tucked away and out of site, and a nice size full kitchen. There is a library and exercise area. Transportation is offered daily to the grocery store, hairdressers and drug stores. It is a very friendly community that is in an ideal area. There is a nice selection of activities for the residents.

Nice place, well presented. Apartments on the small side. Not a lot of amenities but that is a plus as far as I am concerned. Don't want to pay for a lot of things that I will never use. Not comfortable with purchasing a cottage and having your equity vanish after 4+ years. Staff was informative and helpful. A good initial experience.
