My mom was at Country Meadows after she had been at several other facilities. She definitely liked CM best. Had wonderful care there and I was with her nearly all day every day and never saw anything at all that that concerned me. Beautiful facility. Caring and professional staff.

My Mother (Mary Lou Werwie) lived at Country Meadown the past 10 years prior to her death on February 10th of this year. I cannot say enough about the excellent care she received all those years. The staff is outstanding. Caring, compassionate, thoughtful, i could go on and on! Country Meadows will always hold a special place in my heart.

I was placed in this facility following knee surgery in 2008. For the most part it was very nice. (I even had a huge crush on one of the male nurses. Lol) I did have some issues with having to wait an hour for help to the bathroom as I was non-weightbearing. Plus there was a miscommunication with the food a couple of times. So, honestly, I give this facility 3 stars.

My Mom Spent 10 years at Country Meadows. She transitioned from independent living to light assisted living and finally assisted living. Throughout the years my Mom received excellent care from nursing, aids, dining and housekeeping. She was always treated with respect and a smile. Thank you Country Meadows! If I could give you 10 stars I would.

A nice safe place for my dad who needs lots of care

We are relocating to the Pittsburgh area and needed to find a home for my dad, too. From the first contact, Country Meadows has been incredibly responsive and attentive. Trying to move him during the pandemic was a bit of a challenge, but Tracey and everyone made this so easy. The staff really cares about the residents. They take the time to get to know them and make them feel welcome. My dad is very happy and is really enjoying his new home.

My sister and I had to move our parents due to health issues from an Independent Living situation into Country Meadows. My father suffered a stroke on December 18 and my Moms health had been declining and we had no choice due to circumstances. All I can say is its so nice to know that they are in a place where they are treated like family. Country Meadows also accommodated us on a very short notice due to the circumstances and because of that my moms life was basically saved. Two days after they moved in they had appointments to see Dr. N Prabhu and she discovered through her examination that my mom was in Afib and sent her directly to the ER and she was kept in the hospital for 3 days. Afib was what caused my dads stroke so we consider ourselves so lucky and blessed that she was in the right place at the right time. John Moses the manager of their building is genuinely one of a kind in how he truly cares for the residents in his building and communicates so thoroughly with family members and you can rest assured if you need something he will get it done. Tracey Ronan is great and she helped us with all of their accommodations and to find the perfect place so that they could stay together and not be spilt apart, you could tell she truly cared about them and their situation. The nursing staff is so wonderful and caring, Donna and Jen to name a few have gone above and beyond. I cant thank Country Meadows enough for making this very difficult time easy for us! My father was a resident of country meadows for a little over a year, During that time he was loved on and cared for like no other place we encountered. No place is perfect, but on the real important things Country Meadows was always Spot On. My father is now back at home with us.. This would not have been possible without the efforts and passion of the dear and professional staff at Country Meadows. We wholehearted recommend their unique faculty for your loved ones. my mother was in full nursing care for several years, my self and two brothers would visit mom at all times of the day her care was fantastic. .there was always nice entertainment for the patients.we never saw any signs of neglect. the nurseing staff kept us well informed of changes in mom, and how she responded to situations. we were very happy with the home we put our mother in.

Excellent facility. My mom is in the memory care and I have been overly impressed with her care ranging from nursing to activities to the administrative. Everyone is approachable with questions or concerns for my mom. The food is good and this is a place I can finally relax and know my mom is safe and happy. They have also encouraged friendships for her and this is the most social my mom has been in her life. Thank you CM

I absolutely loved working for Country Meadows of Hershey. The best part of my day was each and every resident I cared for, had their own personality, and they shared their life stories with me. I grew such a bond as an aide to my residents. My philosophy for my residents in my care was "Your wish is my command". I would bend over backwards just to see them smile, or make them more comfortable. I couldn't and wouldn't trade my experience working for Country Meadows. The experiences I had stuck with me.
