Impeccable facility and very well managed. The staff is especially why I give them a 5-star rating. Personal attention to detail, housekeeping and leadership abound at Morningside. They set themselves above the rest in the area. After a horrific experience at Silver Springs in East Norriton, they have set our peace of mind at ease. Morningside of Blue Bell has earned my personal recommendation wiithout any reservation.

I recently had the opportunity to tour the MorningSide House and meet the staff here. This is a beautiful environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this assisted living for any of my family members.

EDIT: The review below was for SUNRISE of Blue Bell, not the new management company of Morningside. In our opinion, since Morningside has taken over, there has been a lack of communication and transparency from the corporate management. Many staff and administration members have left or are leaving and the place is in a state of flux. While my family and I are trying to navigate these issues and we hope for a positive outcome, I cannot recommend this facility at this time. The jury is still out, but for now, I'd advise you to do your homework and ask tough and detailed questions. Two stars given because some of the staff remain from the old company and they continue to do an admirable job. OLD REVIEW: My mother and father have been here since May and it has been a wonderful experience for both of them. Anita Godshall, executive director, has curated a caring and kind staff for a facility that is strong in community, cleanliness and compassion. My family and I are so grateful for Anita as no job is too big or small. She can be seen directing, serving food, caregiving for residents and personally jumping in to help do any job in this facility when staffing is short. Daniella, the nurse manager is also on top of things and has talked with us on many nights and weekends going above and beyond her job. Communication and coordination has been straight forward and consistent and I highly recommend this Sunrise facility for your loved ones. Thank you to all at this facility for taking care of my parents with compassion, empathy, kindness and love.

If you know your parent needs pets to be happy but you wouldn't trust them to even water a cactus, this is the place to be! It's also clean, spacious, the food is yummy, and the staff is very warm, caring & patient.

Sunrise was a beautiful place and there was a paved walking path. Much of it overlooks a golf course. Mom could transition from Personal care to memory care. The rooms were nice and they have a shared room options. Their costs are very reasonable.

Sunrise Senior Living of Blue Bell was a nice community that we toured. It was very warm and inviting. The staff members were friendly and gave a good presentation of what their community had to offer. The residents seemed happy and well-kept. We ended up choosing another community that was a shorter commute so that I could visit mom more often.

The community was nice and we needed a lot of help with some of the needs for my parents. the staff might consider activities for the resident according to their needs that should be considered. We would suggest other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.
