Amazing community! Fantastic care , Mom and Dad love the care givers. They are fantastic with communication between our family and staff. The community is kept clean and well maintained. The meals are great and Mom and Dad say it’s nice to go down and socialize and eat with all their neighbors. I’m so glad we found this place for Mom and Dad. Thank you Brookdale for loving them as much as we do.

Brookdale has been amazing to my mom and her needs. We were so worried when my dad passed last year that she would isolate herself from the world. When we spoke with her about a senior living community she wasn't so sure. We toured 3 other communities in the area and our 4th stop was Brookdale. My mom absolutely loved it. The apartment suits her perfectly and she has made so many friends. She loves the "field trips" as she calls them and the staff has been so friendly and accommodating to all her needs and ours as well. If you are looking for a community for your loved ones Brookdale is the best! I highly recommend this community and their caring staff to everyone

Yesterday I received a phone call from Kathleen at Brookdale senior living. She was inquiring about my upcoming tour of the facility and I explained that I had not spoken to anyone about a tour. A year previously I had been looking for an assisted living center for my wife.We did not choose Brookdale and my wife recently passed away. Kathleen asked if I would like a hot meal and I was completely surprised by the offer but said of course sure. She said dinner was served at 5 o'clock and today at 4:50, Ashley delivered a hot meal to my home. Thankyou!

My loved one received great care at this community and they were so gracious during their final days and allowed us to spend some wonderful time together those final days. They had a rocky beginning of move in about a year ago but the last 6 months things really smoothed out and I felt like my loved one was well cared for, loved by all staff and treated with such dignity. Thank you to Brookdale for allowing me some wonderful quality time with my family that didnt consist of the exhausting work of caregiving. I tip my hat to you all and cannot express my gratitude enough.

I wanted to thank the staff at Brookdale for ltheir help in our efforts to move a family member to Brookdale in February during the extreme Covid restrictions, we were given a virtual tour by two young ladies that met us at the door. Ali then walked us thru step by step, never losing patience with my numerous calls and concerns. Our family member is happy with the feeling of home now and we are happy to be treated so well as we enter the building for visits. Cant wait for the time when staff can remove their masks so we can see the smiles that we know are behind them.

Working for Brookdale Medford is the best job I have ever had not only is it challenging but it is so so rewarding. The staff have been so inviting and warm since my first day. The residents have made my life so much better and I feel like they are all my family. I can honestly say I have never felt more valued at a work place. I can see myself working for Brookdale forever and I hope I do!!

The staff at Brookdale Medford was very nice and helpful. I don't have any issue with the place. It's pretty OK, and it's close to places. There's a parking lot out front and it's right on the corner of a couple major roads. They have some grounds, but nothing special. The food is fine and they offer two different things for dinner.

The staff at Brookdale Medford was very nice and responsive. The room was adequate, and I have a friend also who has a 1 bedroom apartment; her living room space is smaller than his studio apartment. I think I like his studio better than a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were nicely kept.

My wife's mother moved to Brookdale Medford from Southern California last month, after her husband passed away.The transition has been surprisingly smooth given the circumstances, due to the friendly, attentive management and staff, the great food, the clean sunny apartment overlooking the garden my mother-in-law moved into, the activities offered (she especially enjoys the shopping excursions), and the terrific location, which is near everything she needs. Brookdale Medford is clean and well-maintained, and is about to be updated. We are looking forward to seeing the completed renovations.

My Dad lived at Brookdale for over 2 1/2 years. It was top notch from the beginning. My Dad was diagnosed with end stage dementia a few weeks ago and the hospital recommended I put him in skilled nursing with hospice. I started to plan for that when I got a call from Christina at Brookdale. She told me that they loved my dad and wanted him to come home to do his end of life care with hospice help, in his own apartment. Christina, Cass and staff would hold his hand and comfort him for hours. My Dad passed away in his own apartment with dignity thanks to Broodale. I could never thank them enough.

My father lived at Brookdale Medford for 2 1/2 years. Everything about Brookdale is top notch. When my father was diagnosed with end stage dementia a few weeks ago the hospital told me to move him to skilled nursing with hospice. I got a call from Christina at Brookdale that they loved my dad and wanted him to come home for his end of life care with hospice help. I was so relieved and thankful. They truly loved my dad and Christina and Cass spent hours holding his hand and comfortimg him. He died last Saturday with dignity. I can't thank Brookdale enough.

My mom moved into Brookdale Medford in January of 2016. She absolutely loves it. The staff goes out of their way to help out in any way they can. They are professional and friendly. There is always a smile when you enter the building. They keep the rooms clean and my mother LOVES the food. Her medical need are met very carefully and she is very happy to be there. I feel anyone would be glad that their elderly parent was in such good care.

My Mother has been a resident of Brookdale since November 2015. She has found it to be a very positive experience. She loves the selection of food they offer. The staff goes above and beyond to help if there is a need or question. I would highly recommend Brookdale to a friend who is looking for a safe, friendly and accommodating place for the elderly.

Alex Rioss review is an outright lie and hes obviously just tryin to hurt a good guys reputation. Im currently a caregiver here at Brookdale Medford, but I wanna stay anonymous because I dont wanna get in the middle of Alex's bs, but someone has to say something about this. I worked with Brandon for over 2 years now and hes been nothing but professional with us and hes super good to the residents. The residents like him which is sayin alot. Alex is just bitter because Brandon caught him going on like epic smoke breaks and then Alex just never came back. All of us had to pick up his slack and do his job on top of our own. Noone wants to say it but we all think Alex is a joke and are actually super glad his lazy ass is gone.
