I lived there for years, and still would if I wouldn't have met what I thought to be my soulmate. I was very happy. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious, there was lots of activities. The service and care were very good in my opinion. I don't believe that they are only in it for a paycheck. These are good people.

Never return phone calls to patients family's to say how their loved ones are doing. Not good hospitality skills. Person in charge has bad communication skills. They do not do their jobs or have any kind of compassion . Only care about getting a pay check. I would give them all a grade F. For failure. They do not treat you like they want to be treated. No communication whatsoever.
