I recently worked with Danielle Parker at Regency Florence to place one of their residents into our community in Eugene. Danielle was kind, thorough, helpful, and extremely responsive. The residents at Regency Florence are lucky to have her as an advocate for them. The day of the resident's move-in, multiple staff members from Regency drove to Eugene in a caravan of vehicles to assist that resident in her move. To make sure that she had everything she needed and that she was settled. My community was impressed with how much care they provided throughout this transition for their resident.

I left a review last year but it disappeared? Anyway, I worked at Regency Florence as an aide and everyone there truly cared about the residents. A sense of family was very strong among all the staff and residents. We tried to ensure that all the residents had a feeling of being at home while they stayed there, for short surgery rehab, or long term The food was surprisingly very good, and the kitchen gets it out hot and uses top ingredients. Leftovers were never left over! I only stopped working there because of personal reasons, and I needed to get away for a while, small towns and all you know. But I really valued my time there, and I've now traveled and seen over 30 other facilities first hand, the best to the worst. I can still highly recommend Regency and would feel very comfortable should a family member need to stay there. .

My grandmother was admitted for rehab after a brief hospitalization that left her deconditioned and needing intense nursing and therapy support. Having multiple family members in healthcare, my family and I were a little nervous about grandma being in a nursing facility. This facility is far above others! The nursing and therapy staff were attentive and professional. I guess the food isn't bad either! Grandma successfully discharged and maintained her success at home. I attribute a significant portion of her success to this facility. We will forever be grateful for their caring touch.

I've had friends and family who have needed rehab at Regency and I saw firsthand how dedicated the staff is. I appreciated it so much that I started working there myself! We have a truly caring team and absolutely wonderful residents! It's an honor to have the opportunity to help care for them!

My step grandmother was a resident and the staff took such wonder Care of her. When she first arrived she couldn't remember anything, but by the time she discharged she remembered things from several years prior to her stay. She was such a picky eater and they always made sure that she got her favorites to eat!

I want to take the time to show my appreciation to the staff at Regency Florence. I sometimes volunteer at the facility and am always greeted with a smile and hello. Carla, Rachel, and Kari are always courteous and helpful. Although they do not know when anyone is observing, they are always attending to the residents needs even in some of the most difficult times. I see their devotion to their jobs and to residents every time I'm at their facility. I honor the whole staff by calling them hero's and am grateful they do the work they do for a seemingly forgotten population of our country.

Hands down the place to be for all rehabilitation needs staff are warm and very welcoming. Very attentive to patient needs. I've read some of the previous reviews and I can reassure anyone that this place is not like it was. Let your own opinion decide. This is just my two cents

I'm very proud of the team I work with at Regency Florence. It's been less than a year since I started but the staff are so talented and caring, it's a joy to go to work with them and to interact with the residents every day.

Local Review - Regency Florence I was discharged from Regency Florence a couple weeks ago and I want to offer a review of my stay. After 5 days at Riverbend Hospital I was transferred to Regency Florence for physical and occupational therapy. I was involved in an auto accident (that was no fault of my own) and suffered a shattered (non-repairable) ankle fracture. I spent 33 days at Regency Florence. Of course, no one 'wants' to spend time in a rehab facility but my experience could not have been better. The entire staff were caring individuals who worked incredibly hard as a team and always had my best interests in mind. I was not always an ideal patient but with the help of the Physical and Occupational Therapy staff, I was able to gain strength and with their guidance, I was on the road to recovery when I left. During my stay, the entire staff was wonderful. The food is good, the care is excellent. Before this stay, as I drove by, I just assumed it was an 'old folks home' (I am 56). I could not have been more wrong. The unit I was on had mostly patients recovering from tramatic injuries such as car accidents and those recovering from hip and knee replacements. Many of the staff left lasting memories for me but I have to mention two specific staff members. While fresh from my release from Riverbend, Noah was the person that did my intake upon arrival. He was competent, compassionate, and made me feel at ease. Josh, who works the overnight shift, always put me at ease with his comforting voice. When I needed help and turned my light on, he would come in and say 'how are ya doing tonight?'. That voice is one of confidence and compassion!! I am now back home recovering but each time I go by Regency Florence, I think about the the staff and I am proud that Florence has such an outstanding facility like this here!
